Pork (I can't figure out which part) 600 g soy sauce 45g Dark soy sauce 10g oyster sauce 20g sugar 20g cooking wine 15g ginger 2 slices garlic 2 cloves Honey/Molasses(?) 45g [used to coat pork before putting in oven] Marinate all ingredients (minus honey) in a ziplock bag over night, flip every few hours. Take out from the fridge to room temperature for 1-2 hrs Brush honey and bake at 200 degree celcius for 25 mins Flip after 7 mins on each side, 5 mins, 4 mins and 2 mins. (total 25 mins) for the last 2 mins, brush the honey again. Hope that helps.
