so i believe there is a bigger difference between logan and victors healing abilities then most are aware, logans appearance almost never changes and victors has a constantly changing one i believe this is a clue. you see i believe its cannon they were born around the civil war,and your mental status has a major role in the manifestation of your meta ability, logan was a child when his ability manifested i believe he would of been surounded by death and his mental state of wanting to survive made his ability manifest that his own physical body to a priority see logan is a survivor , victor was older he would most likely been a soldier and i believe his mental state would of been outmaneuver and kill when his ability manifested i believe his ability was less focus on defense and focused on adapt and overcome you see victor is a conqueror and i believe his body heals itself to peak performance based on his environment and you would actually be able to find magnetos base if you use context clues on how sabretooth adapts to his surroundings. its also why he cant get an adamantium frame because his body would adapt and view it as a hindrence that would slow him down while in logans case it reinforces his natural shape and probably melds with his mutation event of wanting to be safe, let me know what you guys think of my variance theory of synanomous mutations
