Yeap.. Dave.. Another great Video. And a great looking bike.. Could I ask. How are they on motorway stints ? And the weight is 200kg yeah ? I’m looking for a bigger bike. You know my story with the back ? I live my 300l But riding with big bikes I feel I need a bigger bike. But I feel this T7 may be to heavy. Looks at the husky 701 or the cf moto 450. But the motorway is the question… Great to watch though Dave. Had a ride out the other week in the storm Darragh. It was awesome.. Hangover I’ve heard it twice ? So far at 21:20… while writing this 👍👍

@@greengoblindave hello my good man… glad you liked the latest video. Yeah the T7 is perfect in my world, and it’s only heavy when I have to pick it up 😬 but it’s the best travel companion I’ve had, it munches the motorway miles to get me to the good stuff in the mountains, and then it’s as agile and newly born gazelle when I get it off road. There are lighter bikes out there, but they would be quite a challenge on motorways. Keep well and have a great Christmas

It’s handy to have/use a ‘flat’ socket wrench to disconnect the positive/red/plus. There is an Allen key in the bottom of the saddle! And, indeed!, BEWARE! When you have disconnected “-/- (negative/black)” then you disconnected the “+ (positive/red)” with a spanner then make sure you would not lose the threaded contra part of the bolt! { this is when you take the battery out to charge. A new battery probably would provide that part new. }. I had forgotten and just found out so I had to use a nut instead. Besides, when putting the battery in I found it easiest to FIRST connect the PLUS/positive/red ( even though ideally positive comes after negative/minus/black ). It’s just that Honda has placed the battery in a tricky way/spot/place.

I'm thinking about buying the Bumot Defender Evo. They are sufficient for normal tours or on the road. I still prefer soft luggage for off-road or a high proportion of off-road. The holder for the suitcase is quickly removed. Even with a Reckless system like MoskoMoto, you can break your ankle if you fall stupidly. I have the Reckless 80L and broke my ankle with it last year. The right boots probably would have helped.
