Yes in downtown Stuart we are hearing more horns...that being said I live less than .5 miles form the train tracks and I do not have impact glass that would more than muffle the sound and I do not hear the train. Thank you for your comment

Wow. People walk dogs all over Stuart and Ive never had in 20 years of living here anyone say anything close a bad word about dogs? Also Stuart was voted second in top 10 seaside towns to live in in the United States. I guess it depends on what your looking for :)

I think this would have been a better video if you didn't constantly show us your face. What purpose does that serve? And, the title should have been 50 things to do in Palm Beach county. At least half of your list was outside of West Palm Beach.

For sure Deerfield has much higher values as well as higher tax costs. The areas are very different and the values and costs are reflective of that. Do you live in South FL?

Got to add Hallandale Beach Florida to this list beautiful beaches and, Gulf Stream Park the biggest Horse racing park in Florida, the Pegasus and Dragon Statue the second biggest statue in United States 🇺🇸, great restaurants and casinos, clubs, lounges, and your in between everything in South Florida.

I Was just there - Square Grouper Tiki Bar was by far the best restaurant/bar/live music place on the island. We were at Little Jim's 80th birthday celebration, and it was a lot of fun- great smoked dip. Looks like I'll be down there after New Year for a couple of months of training, then several times a month..... can't wait

I guarantee everyone from west palm goes to Palm beach anyway for the beaches and highend shops. As a person from London I've lived in one of the worst and best parts and and noticed everyone from the worst always crosses over to the best even if not living there. Palm Beach is definitely a place I would love to try living in. It must be a dream to retire there but I'm many years away from that.

We need you to talk about the Cons of both places - the high humidity forcing people to confine to air conditioning; the precarious fact that infrastructure isn't able to keep up with growth; the congestion from the winter tourist situation, crowding, traffic , etc .

It's the spill over effect that is going to create mother of all crashes. We are seeing contingent offers with longer days on market which is going to cause a lot of stress. Also if young people cannot sell condo why will they move to single family ? Mother of all crashes coming....

This is a interesting perspective . So much of one’s ability to to sell is wether one has equity in the property . At this point we are not seeing a dramatic lowering of values . In some areas prices are dropping but not values ( yet ) .Do you think if the federal reserve starts to lower interest rates this will have an positive effect on the market ?

You're seeing a bifurcation in the market that is skewing the median/avg price to the upside. The very wealthy have not felt pain from inflation, so expensive inventory is still moving and there is relatively strong demand at those price points. Meanwhile, inventory sub 500-700k is starting to stack up and demand for non-investor buyers at these price points is crushed.

Miami is the world's septic tank. It overflows north every so often. When I finally leave Miami I am going to a rural area at least 100 miles from any major city. Treasure Coast is not on my list.

I saw the handwriting on the wall with the Champlaign towers. I sold my condo in Miami Dade in 44 days. I bought 3/2 quarter acre no HOA in Central Florida. Nothing near the ocean for me, insurance is crazy

Why don't you be honest with people. You made a terrible mistake. There are 18,400 homes for sale in Lee County alone. Prices are sinking. Mobile home owners pay 1400 a month.
