For sure Deerfield has much higher values as well as higher tax costs. The areas are very different and the values and costs are reflective of that. Do you live in South FL?

Got to add Hallandale Beach Florida to this list beautiful beaches and, Gulf Stream Park the biggest Horse racing park in Florida, the Pegasus and Dragon Statue the second biggest statue in United States 🇺🇸, great restaurants and casinos, clubs, lounges, and your in between everything in South Florida.

Good day and yes Hallandale is a great spot. Prices are certainly a bit higher but all depends on what your looking for. Are you local to the area?

@@lisouthflorida visited there a few times love the city, I can see the potential in it specially u 12 minutes away, from Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

@@lisouthflorida it’s definitely a thought and a process am, in Georgia now but definitely in the near, future after finishing college 3 years I’ll love to look down there and see how the city have grown and make a decision.
