What modifications are on your SV? Im looking into racing one next year. Supertwins look like fun...

This bike in particular is a stocktwin/minitwin as opposed to a Supertwin, so it doesn’t really have too many modifications on. Different fork springs, shock, fairings and exhaust system is pretty much it. Supertwins are a lot more open (thus more expensive), they require extensive engine work and will often use different components that change the bike geometry…entire front ends, swingarms etc.

What camera are you using footage is great, I need to upgrade from my hero 3. Shame you didn’t get our race on film, didn’t get chance to see you after race 4 but I’m still buzzing from that!

Yeah, we had some great racing this weekend gone, didn't we! It is the GoPro HERO 10. I think the footage and stabilization are great... but the fact it stopped recording on some of the racing is an issue, I think it may have overheated in those ones. It was recorded in 4K 60FPS.

There really is no other sport that pushes tire compound beyond conceivable reality. You can make an argument for top fuel drag racing and F1 I suppose but they are not turning as quickly and certainly not on such narrow sections of rubber.

I got into track days in Florida when I was 64 years old. Always wanted to try t. There was one every month of the year there and very popular. GSXR 600 and R3. I never had the balls to go really fast. If you make a mistake on a road race motorcycle at speed your screwed usually. Nothing but respect for the people that ride Isle of Man and places like it. But they are fucking crazy.
