Thank you for a nice review on the Triumph Street Twin 900. I've been debating between the new Street Twin 900 and the new Speed 400. I think both are great bikes. The Speed 400 will do everything I want, but the Speed Twin 900 will be a bit roomier when riding two up, plus the Speed Twin 900 has that great exhaust note. I've never owned a Triumoh. I've owned mostly Japanese bikes and four Harleys. I will never own another Harley, the last one cost me $37,000 and it broke down four times within the first year of ownership.Once again thank you. Rife safely and enjoy every journey.

I ride with a Memphis Shades Slim on my Shadow Spirit. Keeps the big bugs off my face down here in SE Looziana. I got no clue if I can do better say with a Batwing or other type.

I want the XE it would be perfect for what i want but im only 170cm and 81kg. I will go the XC the 200mm travel and lower seat height will be good for exploring dirt roads. I think the 900 is a commuter it is an over 200kg bikr not a sports

Dude! I came across this exact bike in Vancouver WA the other week! I literally asking myself, "What bike is that?" Not being able to recognize the body or see any badging. Definitely a neck breaker on the road. That's actually how I came across this channel, was I was doing some reverse google images of a photo I took and it lead me here.

I found a beautiful 2014 Tiger 1200 XC online, with about 92k kilometers (57k miles) on it, for just under €7k. It includes the original sidecases and topcase. On the pictures it looks in great condition, but I would obviously take it for a test drive. Do you think this has enough life left in it, and would it be a good purchase?

Bruh real talk that wasn't you cup of tea. But they are great bikes I had a 2nd gen bussa it was amazing if you ride for long distances and you like sport bikes that the way to go its not about speed with those super sport bikes. But for people who like those bike like me they are perfect for my riding style

I bought the blue one a few months ago and I love it. The simplicity of all the controls is a key feature. Cruise control isn’t even a thing I’d use but to each’s own. Recently put a Zard exhaust on it and now I’m in exhaust heaven

Thanks for an actual review I just picked up a 2012 super tenere and I was looking into a different windscreen and I found the National v stream and looked closely at the logo and found out it’s already got one on it 😂 I’m 6’5 and I already adjusted the windscreen all the way up after about 30 miles of freeway travel and that helped but it’s still not ideal for me. I think I’m going to try a visor now

What about the locks. I'm trying to find a video with the lock cylinder install as well. In one video, it looks like they push right in and on another. It looks like you have to take the mechanism apart.

I know this is an older post. I've read various bits of info... but do you know if the shocks themselves (xcx vs xcx low) are in fact the same? If they are, I can replace the cartridges as I've found myself in the same situation of acquiring a low model and needing it raised.

I bought a '13 new and have about 50K miles on it now (riding other bikes, too). What suckered me in was the Alternator. Heated gear (top & bottom, heated grips, a GPS or two and decent aux lighting (120 watts for the pair). Never a complaint from the charging system. I've been riding since 1961 and have never had a better bike.

Hey bro, frankly speaking! Its better for you to switch doing a car mod because you have zero percent talent doing the motorcycle. Its very ugly and youre wasting your time and money. You just break your bike. If the suZuki company see what you did to their product they might file a case against you😔

Great video man. Just moved to Reno, NV from Minnesota with my 2017 Triumph Tiger 1200. Just to note that my XCX does in fact have the TSAS on the back and the front. I think the comparisons are great and I love my bike. I got it for used for $10k, but still a little sad when I drop it. Wish you'd make more Tiger content!

Superb bike, I love my 2012 explorer… I have two questions… 1. Can I change to wider rear tire? Next version models go up to 170. W. What is rear shock most smooth soft setting? The small bottom screw needs some tuning as top bolt is set to far left softer setting.

I've found the best option is a short screen. (Less turbulance). I buy or modify the screen so the wind is off my chest, but very clean air on my head. The clean air going past my head with a full face helmet is mostly unnoticeable.

Agree, pretty much have to go full blown tour bike if you want real wind protection. My Trophy SE is amazing but it is enormous with the fairings.

I replaced the stock short screen on my scooter with a large touring screen, the wind buffeting was horrendous, in the end I had to take it off and put the original one back on.
