Some of us have cigarette lighter power plug-in sockets (on our bikes). The "pig-tail" is called SAE. The 5.5mm plug ifits the power plug-in on Anti-Gravity batteries (and on my power pack). I'll be using an SAE to SAE extension cord on my bike. Now go try making this video again.

The "Cigarette adapter" is a 12v plug that is on plenty of motorcycles...got one on my V-Strom 1000 dash and use it all the time to charge my phone and use my GPS. If your bike doesn't have one, buy one and install it...under 10 bucks.

not on the Tiger, it uses a European cigarette plug. Basically smaller so no that will not work in my case. but you can do a EU cig to usb to the pump plug adapter. I just didn't want to buy all the adapters. More of a "think about it before you just toss the pump in the bag" kind of thing.

Pretty cool inflator, I keep a small compressor and plug kit in the RV for the same reason.

As mentioned buy the anti gravity booster as that cable plugs into it for the power source. That’s really what it’s designed for. Does it actually pump air at high pressure? What’s the CFMs? Cubic feet per minute in case your having a blonde moment 😆

Great comment and yes, I have blonde moments 😆. You're absolutely right, interestingly I would have had to splice it anyways as I needed a little more cable than what came with my kit. That said, I will always leave my goober moments haha. Your CFM question is a bit more challenging. I have been looking up specs and they don't seem to want to tell me. Luckily I work in a lab field and have access to all kinds of rotometers.... You've given me a great idea for a video; thanks and stay posted so I can figure that out! :)

Hey mate I’m going make the same jumper cables the same as you what wire colour goes on which end of what gets plugged into the inflator

Usually, you'll want the red wire as the hot and black as the neutral. Most importantly, don't cross them up on either end. I just followed the wires from the plug and color coordinated to the existing adapter wires. The safest way is to buy an extension. Be careful out there!

@@michaeltoth1624 Also!!! Make sure that you use a wire gauge that is at least bigger than the wires you’re connecting to. No bottle necking :).

they sell a pig tail to cigarette lighter for ur bike so u can use ur battery tender cable that come with the bike

If you have the battery tender wires hooked up to maintain your battery ....that’s all you need to make this pump work.

Your motorcycle doesn't come with a 12V plug in? If your bike doesn't come with one you could purchase one and install it? Way less effort than your rigging!

It does but it’s the European cigarette lighter version so it would require conversion. This was cheaper ( already had the wire.) but yes that would have been nice.

therdhood yep but wasn’t hard to splice some extension and had plenty of wire. Really I just like tinkering :)
