Hi I notice on the letter you had it had a charge for a late check out, were sailing on marella in March with later flight so I would pay the later check out, do you pay at end of the cruise?

Does the Aircon also double up as a heater?

So you parked at Tilbury but sailed from Bristol? Why didnt you park at Bristol. I'm sailing from Tilbury in 2026 for 31 days in the Med & hopefully I will do a Caribbean cruise of 41 days in 2027. As a solo its very hard getting cabins with them, so book early & prices are nearly what 2 pay. You can wait for last few weeks to see you can catch a bargain fare, but solos are few.

When i go to a new place I like to first take a sponsored shore excursion. Places I've been to before I might take a sponsored excursion or go to places near the ship. Not a big fan of cable cars. Am subscribed. Even hit the like button. Ah food, not just drinks. No handrails on stairs. These stairs have handrails. Some stairs have handrails while others don't. Deck parties aren't all that good. My wife used to like them, but, music is loud and you can't hear a person standing next to you. Salads could be good, wok stations too, but, it depends on what they have. I like Italian food. My wife's Italian.

Food has to be good on a cruise. Didn't like the food on several cruise lines and will not go back. Italian food is mostly good. My wife's Italian. The Mediterranean sounds good too. Snack Shack looks like a buffet. Marketplace is a Buffet. Not a Sushi fan. You could get very sick eating raw or undercooked fish. Steakhouses are usually good. Kora LA I would probably pass on. Bad service is also a turn off. Afternoon tea is also good. Some cruise lines do it better than others. Not really a bar person. Mini golf could be good. If I was to drink that much per day would probably die of cirrus of the liver. When on vacation don't like to be online. Watching a sail away or a sail into port was good from the balcony. Went on a Cunard Cruise. Was disappointed.

There are water stations on almost decks , we just go there for the water to make a cuppa on our cabin

The Pairing Menu night at the Dining Club was very very good - £50 a head - but I would expect to pay more than double that in the UK for a similar experience. The service at Umi Shushi was fine for us there were 4 staff when we were there.

Hi Lucy, thank you so much for this series of videos as we are doing the same Marella cruise in May 2025. Out of interest do you think it is feasible to visit Corfu Town on the afternoon of your arrival as we should get to Corfu airport at mid day. Is the port far from the town?

Quick question about the bus from train station to the terminal. Anybody know, does the driver take cash/card or either? How much is the fare?? Thank you.
