Can you make the batter and combine the onions a day or two before you plan to fry them?

I'm pushing 70 and lived in Wisconsin for years. Up there does ground chuck sandwiches with raw meat or served usually on rye bread with a slice of a strong onion like a Bermuda onion and they were called cannibal sandwiches they were delicious you should try one sometime

I read a lot of people‘s comments and it’s plain to see it doesn’t take much to impress a lot of people. I actually think if Bruce bowled a pot of water, everybody would just be ecstatic overwhelmed I see a lot of mistakes that he makes and tries to cover up. I have a 36 inch Blackstone. I had one before Bruce talked Blackstone in to donating those to him. I will say one thing Blackstone found a puppet.

I've had my Blackstone for about 8 years. I wouldn't trade it for a new Cadillac. This thing is the absolute best cooking machine out there. I love your videos Todd, keep up the great work, my friend.

That was pretty awesome Todd. They were doing a great job on those burgers and stir fry. It would have been great going to classes like that. Have a wonderful weekend my friend and take care.

This brings back memories for me when I taught the Blackstone Griddle cooking class at my school for 3.5 years in NC. It’s a lot of fun to teach kids (and adults) how to cook. Glad Todd got to work with these folks.

Love it❤❤😊. It amazes me how many kids today that don't know how to cook for them self. They know how to order online and have it delivered or just go out and eat at the restaurant. This is a cool idea to teach people to use a grill. Keep it up brother.

Bacon grease makes great popcorn, but can put off too much sent. Peanut oil is my go to. Orville’s is good and available locally. If you’re ever in northern Indiana make time for a trip to Shipshewana in the Amish area and pick up some Yoder white hulless popcorn, peanut oil (or any other oil- they carry about all of them) and butter flavored salt. If you really like popcorn, you won’t buy grocery store kernels again after popping a few batches of Yoder. If you don’t mind the shipping, Yoder has a website, also.

I just scrape after each cook, never clean. Cooktop is well seasoned and never rusts. I always leave a coat of oil or fat on it.

Just caught this vid on the Blackstone site. I'm in East Ohio. Have had my Blackstone for 3 years now and love making endless meals on it. I'll try Sweet and Sassy smashburgers as soon as the weather gets better. It's 25* out and about 6" of snow on the ground. Not griddle time now. GOBUCKS!

Cajun cooking always makes me hungry. I could eat it every day, breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks in-between. My mouth is watering. Cold beer with that sandwich. So good. Don't forget the hot sauce.
