To those having problems: Your car *_HAS_* to have Apple CarPlay installed from the factory in its head unit. You'll have to buy a new, aftermarket head unit if it doesn't and you want CarPlay. Even if it doesn't have Apple CarPlay it may have Bluetooth audio input, which means you can stream your music from your iPhone into your stereo. You can't use apps though, no GPS or moving maps on your head unit at least. If you do have Apple CarPlay you can also get a wireless CarPlay adapter. It's a small unit that you plug into the stereo's USB port and then pair to your iPhone. That way you phone doesn't have to be plugged into anything, it will re-pair each time you get into your car. You can also get a car wireless charging pad for your phone, that way it will stay charged wirelessly too..

I purchased a vehicle from Francois Ford (now a part of Rosen Group) back in August and have made numerous calls and left numerous voicemails about this issue. When I purchased my Dodge Caravan, there was a small crack on the windshield. I was told that this would be fixed as a condition of the sale. I was also told that someone would reach out to me. No one reached out to me and this small crack is now very large. I have spent a lot of time and energy trying to get this addressed and am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company.

car fixer company could not fix my radio but they charged me $40 for absolutely nothing, said i have to contact nissan and ask them for help
