I purchased a vehicle from Francois Ford (now a part of Rosen Group) back in August and have made numerous calls and left numerous voicemails about this issue. When I purchased my Dodge Caravan, there was a small crack on the windshield. I was told that this would be fixed as a condition of the sale. I was also told that someone would reach out to me. No one reached out to me and this small crack is now very large. I have spent a lot of time and energy trying to get this addressed and am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company.
