Even if Saka or Mainoo had a full on ugly game, this is never fair enough. Racism is the White man's opium. No matter how terrible their lives are, at least they can cling on to this reality that they are the master race and better than everyone else. And that is soooo hard to let go off. I dont fool myself; this will never stop and they will always run to this low life behavior to cover their own deficiencies. At the end of the day, it is their own soul they continue to poison.

I think Saka and a few other are also refereed differently in the league on a weekly basis and noone talks about it. If we dont call it out when we see it, then who will?

I think you guys will be surprised with the money we raise this summer. 100k a week for Eddie Nketiah is standard for a starting striker in this league. A mid table team can pay that Reiss the same and been linked to Brighton. Rambo is England no.2 and 25 as a GK. Just a few cases and there are more still. We have to hold fast to valuations to become a good selling team.

If City had done it by the books, they'd still be one of the strongest teams in the world, if not the strongest team in the world. But no, they cheated and took shortcuts. It reflects the authoritarian, narcissistic, undemocratic nature of the club owner(s). They want an "anything goes" world where they have it exactly their way all the time, at the expense of everyone else. No. This shouldn't be allowed to stand and an example needs to be made of City and their owners, with clear warnings made to the owners of Newcastle United, etc.

I feel,it’s totally unfair calling Edu out for a poor selling record, we didn’t have any player of quality to sell you saw the squad Arteta had when he joined us and it was dire, Edu was tasked with removing the dead wood! Edu did well making money on the sale of Willock, Xhaka and Balagon! The players up for sale this summer are being rid of for a reason, they haven’t had many minutes and are on good wages. Clubs lower in the PL and Europe don’t have the money like Arsenal. Absolutely no doubts about the lad's talent, but as the guy's say he's a prospect and far from the finished article. Think the Ben and George covered the possible issues with the player himself pretty thoroughly, but if we put a big chunk of our summer war chest into Sesko and want to win the league next season we're basically gambling on several things: That he's going to quickly adapt to the EPL/Artetaball and become a realistic option this season, that Gabby Jesus is going to stay fit for the majority of the season and that Havertz is going to continue to deliver in the number 9 role (honestly I'm pretty confident he will but it needs to be said)

Artetta is not Poch he wants to win all Trophies . The problem with Arsenal and Trophies is Quality Depth , and the ability to rotate without loosing to much . Last year we had a very good first team , at times we couldn't or wouldn't rotate Saka ,White ,Gabriel , Odigard, Saliba when they needed a break .

I would keep Ramsdale and ESR and sell the rest of the potential players on the transfer list. We need good depth for next season and maybe someone in that forward line should be converted to a backup be it Havertz or Martinelli. After watching City power their way to the end and Madrid glide to glory in the UCL. Even Bayern sweeping by us, along with a Partey replacement I hope we get in a world class forward. Left winger or striker someone who produces moments of brilliance like a Leao, Isak along that level of player. Sesko is good but right now we are one of the best teams in Europe and our competition is still a step a ahead we need someone we will take us a level up just like Rice did this season.

When the opposing team has set up to remain stubborn in not budging, we just don’t have the unlock. Sticking to the same plan all season long IMO is not going to be the pathway to beating Pep to the finish line. It also breeds fear, stress into 38 games. AFC has long been at their best when creativity is flowing. Be free and fly IMO is the way to go. Being fixed is IMO a phase 5 thing. When you have your KDBs, Silvas bedded in, and the squad has had a number of trophy lifts. MA and Edu this summer IMO need to reinforce the squad to expand what AFC can deal with. Whether that’s academy promotion or signings. When teams try to match us (E.g. a Brighton type), we tend to outmatch them. So expanding to deal with mid blocks, and to continue to keep pace vs “top 6” IMO is the right play

Another point about cups, we need to learn to navigate cup competitions and how to play knock out football, this is something Arteta is yet to prove to me he can do, we were not good against Porto and Bayern, appalling vs west ham and certainly unlucky against Liverpool. We need to rack up them trophies now, this ‘project’ is due to be handed into the teacher!

Not to say we’ll do this in one window, but a certified LB, a left 8, solid backup for Rice and a striker is what we need. We need a pool of 16 top players to win the league. We currently have 11/12. City’s squad is very thin when they have a few injuries, but i truly believe their ability to rotate almost every week explains their good injury record.
