Paul kagame and Rwandans are not smarter than us. If this is done as is depicted in the video, the state would no more spend scarce resources in attracting foreign investors.. they will search you out and come on their own. Igbos in diaspora, the most viable Africans in diaspora will pump in minimum of $15 billion dollars inflows yearly for the foreseeable future (& this you can take to the bank because the stats are out there). Bro, let them, build the roads with solid markings, provide clean pedestrian pathways and keep them clean on a 24hr double shifts and withnes an overnight magic/miracle. "Cleanliness is next to GOD".

It will, before you start any big project you must draw a plan and that plan must be followed strictly, if the plan isn't followed there will be big mistake and am sure they will not want that

Do not be deceived, there's nothing there, this is the Archtectural Design, Obiano only constructed an entrance and exit gates, nothing more, you people have to visit there, it's not in Saudi Arabia, Iran or Syria therefore go there by yourselves.
