If this is done as is depicted in the video, the state would no more spend scarce resources in attracting foreign investors.. they will search you out and come on their own. Igbos in diaspora, the most viable Africans in diaspora will pump in minimum of $15 billion dollars inflows yearly for the foreseeable future (& this you can take to the bank because the stats are out there).
