Customer service sucks …. We were asked to move table while we were still eating to move for group of 16 people. That’s rude and expressed concern to manager and they said THANK YOU. So there is zero value for their customers. So people try to avoid this place.

Everything was amazing at this restaurant, right from every course of the meal to drinks, to service and ambience. I do not find this review honest at all, possibly the influencer was not paid as some of her other collaborations.

@@user-ic4qv6tm9f dont sweat on it dude. All their videos have mixed reviews. when they can appreciate one dish, they can also talk about a dish that they do not like. Do you work for Dhamaka? even if you do, you should be able to handle negative comments too and not retaliate.

@@user-ic4qv6tm9f @MollyRichard-b5t Guys..no hard feelings and nothing personal. It's just user experience. I did mention the good things too. There are some positive and some negative comments. if the restaurants can take the positive side, they should be able to handle the criticism too. I get a good paycheck from my work and this is just my hobby. Free food is not needed for youtubers coz they can always claim their check. Collabs are just to help the restaurants. No one gets anything out if it.

I really like your honest reviews. Ambience is good as you said. You do have drinks but yes the items are pricy when compared to other restaurants. You also mentioned you liked main course more than appetizers which is very honest. I always look forward to your review before I visit any restaurant. Keep it up Anubhi

@swarnaks4815 Most of the Indian restaurants that are open now in the DFW are second gen restaurants. They have all been shut down once at least and reopened by a new business & fully operational now.

@@swarnaks4815 Again, you get a sandwich for $5 at a fast food place vs a $50 at a gourmet restaurant. While the portions might seem modest compared to casual dining, the goal is to leave diners satisfied, not overfilled, while delivering a memorable culinary experience.

Goli Soda has great vibes and they also have specialties like karaoke or music nights and their dishes are only around $12 to $13. These dishes look expensive. Nalli biryani Gosht is $26 there. Here chicken biryani is $22. ofcourse its pricy.

Goli soda has more of sport bar vibes vs Dhamaka is an upscale dining place. These guys cook their biryani, in ‘parda’ style with naan bread on top. ‘Dum’ process is per order basis, and that naan is fully edible. You are paying for the freshness of dum, naan bread and moreover it’s sufficient for 2 ppl with a decent appetite.

Looks like 40% of that bill was drinks. 16 servings of Rampur scotch, mainly, that’s probably why your bill was so much. And with that kind of ambience and location, those prices appear reasonable to me. I’ve visited the place and really loved the food quality, service and ambience. That biryani is possibly one of the best ones I’ve had in Texas!! I’m going back for sure 😊

Well, my experience was wonderful, it was a full house on thanksgiving weekend. The food was outstanding, and the service was equally excellent. Loved their biryanis, appetizers, and desserts. Each dish had a distinct flavor. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.
