I can totally relate. I had to cut ties with an old friend after he had started to ghost me because of some political disagreements. Not to mention the fact that I had been there for him during his midlife crisis where he would call me and talk for hours about his problems. That's a level of unreflective behaviour and ultimately ingratitude I just can't deal with.

Somehow I cringe whenever some people here label themselves as sigma. 😂 accdg to these videos, labels are so not sigma. 😂 Of all these "sigma" videos proliferating online, so far only 1 offered some clear resonation - that is, people who are locked in never-ending internal conflict against themselves. Call them sigmas or jock-itch, doesn't matter. 😂 The permanent state of internal conflict alone is already a handful to deal with. Those going through it already have their heads spinning and their hands full to have to worry about being labeled a sigma or whatever the fuck they're supposed to be called. But yeah, whatever makes people feel good about themselves. 😂

The sad part is most sigmas have no clue they are sigma and get bullied 24/7 however they actually get to a place they can be free eventually and realise nothing was thier fault and the penny drops. You don't have a magic wand. You are the magic wand. The moral of the story is. Behave and respect people because they will just walk away and you will have no clue how they feel. Feelings cause actions. Don't blame someone for existing just because they focus on themselves. Peace.
