Enjoyed this one too. I think Dallas Austin and Jason Price would approve. I know Nick C. would be impressed. What else are you doing besides KZbin videos?😎👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

You were quite close. Not a drummer and not sure when meters changed, so that was pretty gutsy. Ask Dorothea Taylor or Jason Price (stunt double) about sheets. I’m more comfortable here 👉🏿🎹😊

Pretty sick. Some of the music in the second half really reminds me of a melody kit on my old Roland TD-12 (pretty sure it's just called Melodies). I imagine more modern Roland drum kits have similar ones. Would be pretty interesting to see what you could do with the "limitations" that sort of framework creates. It's a pretty interesting exercise in simultaneous percussion and composition.

Love not only having original tracks, but awesome to see that meshed with theme concepts, set dress, and video production (i.e. WGI in the garage lol)

I met John S. Pratt about 20 years ago at a drum clinic. Such a great drummer and even nicer person. Drum Corps on Parade is so iconic. One of my favorite solos growing up. RIP

How do you like the feel of it? It looks like it’s pretty small and the notes are close together. I think muscle memory is really helpful and I don’t want to practice on something that doesn’t replicate the range of motion like an actual pitched percussive instrument!
Covid really destroyed stryke, they used be repeating finalist, now they don't pass prelims

First time finding your channel and loved watching you learn portions of drum books. I looks like it's been awhile but I would love to see you do my favorite drumline of all time in Crown 2009! Possibly the opener or closer.

This video is fantastic! Thanks for making and sharing it. I also record loud drums in Brazil and use the Tascam X6 handheld recorder with the 32bit float setting. It would be perfect for this vid. It doesn't get blown out. I just bought it this year and it's awesome. This isn't like a paid endorsement BTW... LOL!
