I see people saying about reconfiguring the ABS module. All ive got in mine is a fault code in there, regardless of it being stock or this map. I dont have the option to change the power in the module on my 2016 Smax, can anyone help?

Boujour, est-ce que tu as eu des difficultées pour démonter cet écrou de maintien de la coupelle ? Si possible si tu pouvais me donner quelques astuces au sujet de la compression des ressorts ce serait sympa.J'ai acheté un outil pour comprimer les ressorts mais il me semble que ce n'est pas suffisant parce que ça ne libère pas totalement la coupelle.Mon outil s'arrête de comprimer, les deux griffes de l'outil sont distantes de 10 cm.

Bonjour je viens de le faire sur mon smax 150cv. Le passage a 180 se fait sans probleme, la voiture consomme un peu plus. Comment on peut vérifier que la modif a ete correctement prise en compte ?

Je l'ai fait y'a 1ou 2 ans mais c'est vrai que je serais curieux de la passer au banc pour voir si j'ai réellement gagner les 30 CV

@@jerome2138et la voiture va bien ? Pas de problèmes ? Clairement la mienne est plus puissante c'est une évidence. Parfois les roues patinent presque quand on accélère fort en 2eme vitesse, avant ça ne le faisait pas. Mais j'ai peur que à la longue ça pourrait abîmer quelque chose.

@@kaoslord4924 salut, aucun soucis, avant la modif c'est ma femme qui la conduisait, moi je roulais avec une 407 170 hdi, donc j'ai directement eu l'effet des "180 CV théorique" mais oui en 2eme ça accélère sec c'est clair, après j'ai pas peur des problèmes car sur le 180 d'origine c'est le même moteur donc pas de risque et puis on est pas tjs pied au plancher, avec la 407 j'avais rajouter un boîtier électronique pendant plusieurs années et la voiture tourne encore actuellement avec 235000kms (je roule quasi plus jamais avec donc j'ai retirer le boîtier)

petite question apparemment il faut faire un "reset" du PCM après la manip de la video mais je ne vous pas de tuto pour cela. petite remarque les TDCI 150 et 180 sur le Mondeo V ne sont pas totalement identique : il y a une différence sur l'épaisseur de l'intercooler mais pas nécessaire de le changer

Bizarre, il parle d une mondeo de 2018 donc 150 ch 370 nm , c est un ecoblue en 2018 .... Je pensais que cette représentation ne concernait que le 150 ch de 2014 , 2015 , début 2016... De 350 nm. Pour les 370 nm , possible quelle passe a 190 ch mais c est une autre ligne dans forscan

Je viens de réaliser l’opération facilement, mais je ne vois pas trop de changements sur el comportement de la voiture à voir sur long trajets. Par contre impossible de trouver les paramètres ABS.

It doesn't come up with power rating on my forscan just engine number and bhp so not a clue what to go for only a few say dw10 on it any ideas I seen the 180 bhp one but says 2.2 engine would that be ok

Bonjour pour ma part lorsque j'ouvre l'onglet PCM je n'ai pas du tout ce tableau avec plusieurs choix. De mon côté c'est plutot un tableau à compléter soit même en hexadécimale.

Hi, great video! I would like to try this on my 2013 Ford Kuga MK2 2.0DCTI 140HP. According to all/only info I can find online and in my 'Haynes Manual', with this engine there can be an increase up to 180HP as you show in your video with Forscan. I could also find that in the 'dealer-official 180HP' the engine has the same stroke&bore, but different compression-ratio. Now, I am not super technical in car mechanics and wonder how it is possible to change this compression-ratio, without changing any physical parts on the engine (like for example cilinderhead? How does this software change the compression-ratio needed to upgrade the power? Maybe dumb question, but I hope somebody can explain before i F.... up my car....☠

The version with 210 P is for bi-turbo version. Power Rating 1, 2, 3 have only one turbo. Be careful because you will probably damage smth.

After change from 150hp to 180hp the difference in power is quite big, the car accelerates much better, difference in power is fuel economy is 8 L / 100 km

Yes it does BUT you have to be careful. For instance, this guy makes no reference to the fact that you should also uprate your ABS module configuration to the 180hp value. If you do try it, make sure you back up all your original values first.

Salur, je sais pas si c'est mon elm qui plante parfois, mais par moment impossible d'aller dans le menu pcm en faisant play (ça me met une erreur à 25 %) mais bon la première connexion j'ai fait une sauvegarde au cas où donc si jamais ya un problème je devrais pouvoir le remettre à l'origine, sinon la fois où tout aller j'ai été changer la puissance comme indiqué et ça m'a bien pris en compte je pense, restera à tester sur une entrée d'autoroute par exemple

No :), this is same engine but 3 difrent factory maps, same engine with 120hp, 150hp or 180 hp.

You need to remove current car off forscan and make sure you have the correct elm cable with the toggle switch

Problem is simple - forscan allows change power usuing a dropdown menu in some cars (in this version for example Mondeo, Focus etc.) but in some cars not. In the second case You need to change block in asbuilt format, but You need to know which…
