Si vous avez une déchirure longitudinale de plus de 10 cm de long et 1 cm de large, nous conseillons d’utiliser des agrafes ou du tissus ou un patch EP160 pour reconstituer la résistance structurale. En cas de fente latérale, il est aussi possible de procéder de la même façon, mais il faut réduire l’espace entre les agrafes à plaquettes ou multipointes. Si vous avez une bande de très grande résistance, dépassant 1000 N/mm, il faut mieux prendre du textile et recouvrir avec Multiface 1.5, en utilisant deux plaques en acier et des serre-joints pour maintenir une pression pendant le durcissement. Teilweise sehr gut wenn die Verbindung richtig gemacht wurde. Es ist eine echte Alternative zu endlos gewickelte Riemen. Besonders interessant ist dabei der Preis (30-50% günstiger) und Einbau ohne Demontage des Antriebssystems.

Die Haltbarkeit kann genau so lang wir bei endlos gewickelten Riemen sein, wenn die Verbindung mit einigen Tricks gemacht wird. Und sollte es zu einer Beschädigung an den neuen Riemen kommen lassen sich solche Riemen eher mit Metallverbinder oder mit Multiface 1.5 reparieren, da diese Riemen Textillagen beinhalten.
