Crack repair of conveyor belt at rain and +9°C/48°F with Muultiface 1.5

This video shows a test using Multiface® at rain and +9°C without some rain protection. The question is if there are restrictions in winter due to cold temperature and particularly high humidity, as there are for all current materials on the market.
The result was acceptable despite the very poor and non-recommended conditions. This confirms that Multiface® works even in wet conditions, such as below the dew point or in fog and drizzle. In heavier rain, as in the video, a rain shield should be provided to be on the safe side.
Multiface® generally achieves a very good adhesion on rubber, without any preparation with any solvents and adhesion promoters, due to the same chemical cross-linking as a hot vulcanizing. Multiface® can therefore be applied without any waiting time for evaporation of solvents and accepts some contamination by dust and humidity. With Multiface® you can perform a repair within 30 minutes at +23°C/73°F or 60 minutes at +5°C/41°F. A heat gun can additionally be used to further reduce sensitivity to moisture and restart a belt after 20 minutes even at temperatures below 0°C/32°F.
