I have a 2013 Honda accord ex-l & the other day as I parked the car I come back to run to the store it won’t move it’s in reverse & I give it gas the rpm’s rev to 2000 then go back down but no movement I’ve checked the axels they aren’t broken I’ve replace the air intake hose & maf sensor new alternator yet I’m only at 188k miles.. Do I have the same problem in this cvt transmission or is it something else ? Any answers…

Mine was also due to the front wheel bearing which was faulty. I replaced it and the humming noise stopped.

Looks like only the belt failed. Could the belt had been replaced and new transmission fluid replace the old to get it back to running? Just asking anyone willing to answer. Thanks

I scanned and no codes but it does say to check emissions system, I did a smoke test with the engine off, and it started coming out of the EGR valve… does this mean it’s bad or is it supposed to do that?

If you never change the belt then is your fault, you are the failed one not the transmission.
