Hello guys, i just want to get some feedback from you. I have read Scrum Guide at least 10 times, did 99%/100% mock exam Michail Lapshin multiple times, and also multiple 100% Scrum org open assessment. Based on your experience, am I ready to take the PSM-I Exam, or is there anything else i need to focus on? Thank you!

If 6 mins can explain this much, I can only assume how your full fledged training sessions would be. Thanks for this great video.

How did you get 38 as the average velocity? I thought the formula was the last 3 sprint velocities / 3.

My question is- why bother creating a reference use story estimate- if the estimate relies upon concensus and judgement? i ask this because i saw lots of scrum masters doing user story estimate reference yet at the conclusion of the sprint the reference is not even considered- i mean it became just a waste of time and effort!

Great video with a lot of detail on the technique. Since we're now all working from home a lot, which requires a lot of async work. What do you think of tools that help the team do async estimations (or async poker)?

why the total capacity is 241? when you add 65+52+33.5+65+58.5 = 274.

Well, working with non technical PO create chaos. I started working with them with taking them through Organization structure, Release processes across teams, In and out dependencies with our stories to be completed. In other words, it’s not the PO scope but the impact of those changes on other surrounding systems in end to end banking areas. Gave him realistic view for implementing one user story and its estimation. Each team dynamics are different and working method differs based on team complexities. PO needs to understand overall organisation business and technical architecture with how the release process works.

Suppose number of resources changes after few sprints.. then previous velocity is no longer useful right ? We will again have to observe for few sprints to predict future velocity?

I'm commenting back here to thank you, sir. I've passed the PSM1 last April 15, and I want to thank you for this video, as I always watch it during studying for the exam. I thought I'm going to fail, but I passed. Thank you! I hope more people who's studying the PSM would land on this video so they could find a golden piece of information to successfully pass the exam. Much thanks again!

8:22 The size of the scrum Team size is 10 or fewer. But you mentioned that it is 3-9. Yes it is 3-9 excluding PO and SM. But in general it is 10 or fewer.
