I'm not a trained tech, just a small business owner like yourself. And if I may share a quick tip with you. Permanently remove that tiny clip under the plastic cover, after that removing the feed unit takes about 30 seconds (2 screws), and no need to touch the LCT or the plastic covers anymore. I suspect you are following the Service Manual, nothing wrong with that as well, just takes a bit longer. Regardless of how it is done, thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.

Here in North Carolina many retail customers are extremely high strung. I dread crashed HDDs on Ricohs. They get upset about their address book. They get upset about their scan to email settings. They just get upset.

5832-01 is ALL settings. I think you lose all their settings. I'm not great with networking on a Ricoh. I dread having to put network settings back in.
