The good old days when the songs meant something, I miss all the great artists that Motown had along with many others. Rap killed all that was good about African American music. What a shame.

Since 1979 I have seen The Beach Boys 49 times, most recently in Manteo NC and Williamsburg Va. While in Manteo NC waiting in line their bus pulled up, Mike opened the rear window and started talking with me and asked me about my BB hat, I told him I have had it over 30 years, he thought that was very cool, and he gave me his autograph. My Better Half thought he knew me. Then Bruce Johnston came around, got his autograph. Then John Stamos came around back and took my phone and took selfies of me and my better half, and talked with us, she was so happy she met Uncle Jessie, and he even gave us his autograph. Also met Christian Love, Mike’s son. Got a photo and autograph. I thought it was cool that Mike just started talking to me out of the blue. I have seen all of the group’s lineups over the years. Wish we could go back in time when life was simpler and FUN FUN FUN!!! Long live The Beach Boys and Surf Music!!!! Can’t wait to see Beach Boys Concert number 50!!!

Sheila E. is so underrated. This looks like a masterclass in how band members communicate almost telepathically. This is so tight and impressive. The audience, however, is another story. I think it went over most of their heads.

I'm here. I have no idea how he sings this song without crying. I've tried from the first time I listened to it in 2002. But I was a father of 2 young children. Now their grown, and I hope they remember when I let them drive the car, tractor and lawnmower.
