@@brianwalsh9672 - glad you enjoyed. We have access to private property who allows us to do one of the things we love which includes harvesting meat for the dinner table. Unfortunately you cannot just go camping nor hunting at Yunta without the appropriate approvals from the land owner and get the associated permits. You’d have to find someone thats willing to give you access to their land.

@@Chris-74 thanks for watching Chris and glad you enjoyed. It’s my best mates rig that he got down from Queensland. They run a lot of that style canopy up there. It’s really good to keep the sun of the head during summer and you can fish even when it’s raining and not get wet!

I had the exact same experience at greenly in 2022 with a great white aswell we there for about 10 mins when the bloody thing appeared from nowhere and kept trying to bite our props I have a 8 metre cat and I estimated it at 5 meters an absolute monster it hung around for ages we eventually moved and got onto some big king fish but it certainly was a very erie experience

How good💯. They are amazing creatures but they remind you that they are king of the ocean when they come in. Just the way they look at you with their big black eyes is crazy. The one we had buzzing us spooked the kingies that’s for sure.

Absolutely, time spent with family means the most and I do feel very proud of them. I'm very lucky that they enjoy one of my passions and I hope as the kids grow up they continue to come along for many more adventures. Thanks for getting on board for the ride.

As for the car parking we have never had an issue to date but is always on our mines ‘what if something happens while we are gone’? but unfortunately that’s a risk alway taken when spending a few nights on the water.

Thanks Iain and glad you enjoyed it. It does take a bit of time cutting it all together, at a guess about 20 hours spent over a week period per video. I do love watching it all back though, having a good laugh to myself while doing it and reliving the good times spent on each adventure. We couldn't go too far out on this trip as it was a strong offshore wind so had to hug the coast off sultana point. Wasn't ideal weather conditions but still made it happen and had a ball doing it. Thanks for watching.

Thanks buddy. I was lucky enough to be taught the skills by my dad who is a gun on the filleting knife. With summer coming there will be more garfish hitting the filleting benches hopefully sooner than later.

Hey Ben. Yes we do tow with it up. It’s a full custom made stainless steel frame and is very stable / heavy duty. The benefits of the sun shade while fishing during the toady is a game changer. Also while raining we can fish on while others are ducking for cover.

Those blue devils live for over 60 years and can mate for life. Always best to put them back where they came from :)

that was a juvenile blue groper, he was at the age where he was starting to turn blue, the juveniles are all olive green and along that coast there are absolutely heaps of them there, for some reason you dont catch many of then fishing as i think their diet might be more weed based but if you ever go diving there the water is full of the small olive green ones

@@strayfromreality its not a groper, its a female brown spotted wrasse (Notolabrus parilus) they are related as groper are wrasse but the mouth is all wrong and the coloration is all wrong for it to be a groper, the light brown chin and the dots all over the fish are also strong identification features for a female brown spotted wrasse
