Without question or shadow of doubt, the worst company to EVER have to deal with on the phone. I spent 10 years with 3 and had a system; every time I had a problem that I knew would be a nightmare call to deal with, I went into store and made them call in instead. Things got dealt with much quicker that way, even if it did completely inconvenience my day!

Sounds like chad and frusciante tried to cut the song early, after johns solo. They almost thew flea off, looks like he was even shaking his head.But thats all speculation.
