@DoasIDo12 күн бұрын

Hello I have the same product but my putty doesn't harden over time can you tell me how many minutes it's hardened?
@DoasIDo12 күн бұрын
Hello! After 30-40 minutes my mass becomes like rubber. Did you follow all the instructions? Is the expiration date normal?
@wonbywon2 күн бұрын
@ I followed all instructions and have a good shelf life! However, it takes several hours to dry before it hardens like rubber and spreads out more than the shape I printed. I use it to scan my fingerprints, and they're all gone. Do you happen to know a solution?🥲🥲
@DoasIDo12 күн бұрын
Try this: Mix the silicone and wait a bit. The waiting time should be chosen empirically. Then, when the mass is a bit stiffer, make a print.

Best thing is the quality inspector, you know he has made a good job when you find his hairs all over the final product. You should upgrade to a resin printer for this types of work you are going to save so much time. All that painfull sanding and ridiculous amount of extra thick primer layers that end up downgrading the details of the piece would be a thing of the past.

I have some questions if you see this: - is 15A the correct hardness? - does it matter if it’s fast cure silicone? - does it matter if it’s 1:1 ratio or do you want the more concentrated activator? I tried this with 10 hardness and it does not work lol.
