My laser machine has a 100 watt CO2 tube. For engraving, I set the speed to 400 mm/s and the power to 75%. For cutting 6 mm plywood: 75% power and 15 mm/s speed.
Tools and materials I used:
• Laser machine;
• 6 and 4 mm plywood;
• Wood glue;
• Clamps;
• Cardboard;
• Knife, scissors, pencil, ruler, brushes;
• Acrylic varnish;
• Hot glue;
• Separator;
• Kitchen scales, containers;
• Silicone with a hardness of 40 Shore;
• Dye for silicone;
• Vacuum chamber;
• Gypsum, water;
• Water-based stains;
• Glossy varnish in a spray can.

I could make you a custom mold, but I live in Central Asia, and there might be difficulties with shipping. Not even difficulties, but most likely a considerable shipping cost. Although, maybe I'm wrong. What country do you live in?
