@@Corkscrew72 on the rear I ran a stock axle from my busa. I have helped a few people with this issue. If you have access to a machine shop you can have a sleeve made to make up the difference. I did this for my 04 busa to run a set of RC Comp wheels. If you can’t access a shop yes swapping the bearings would be the next option.

@@slick413413cr so I found out there are a few options. If you run both rotors you can run a small spacer behind the rotor to keep the wheel and rotors centered but you would want a small spacer and longer bolts on the calipers to clear the larger diameter r1 rotors. If you run a single rotor you only need the caliper bolts and spacers. The wheel will be a hair out of center but still function as normal. Rode around for a few years like that.

I’m assuming it’s a cable clutch. If it’s off the clutch switch, I was told you can file the push rod that operates it. Making the disengage later. I’m not 100% sure on this option as a fix I never had the opportunity or need to test it.

@@jamiecruz280 I haven’t actually had the chance to finalize them. I was able to have it running decent on a 200 main and a slight adjustment to the slide with the stock 30 pilot. I still have some tweaking to do. Once my racing season started the bike was put on the back burner. I’ll be working on it again soon to get it finished up.

@@matts4025 unfortunately I don’t know the exact weight anymore, it was a little lighter than stock. I sold it last year after going to a longer wheelbase.

@@niranjanrkumar what kinda of bike are you using it with and a factory quick shifter or aftermarket? You can wire the 2 step to a switch, I currently have mine on a PMR thumb button .

@@niranjanrkumar you won’t be able to use both unfortunately. Atleast as a plug and play setup. If you can wire it in you can make it work.

@@SmooveBossVP on the sprocket side I only have the dust shield with aluminum collar, the brake side has a spacer.

@@The717Outlaw hmmm? Maybe it's nothing major then...air shifter issue or kill time possibly. Hard to say though without looking at it but wishing you good luck with it. Hopefully u don't have to pull the engine apart...my first thought was bent shift fork or broken teeth in transmission but if it shifts by hand maybe u got lucky and it's something stupid/easy.

@@Houseofhorsepower it should be able to wire into the Pingle just the same as the air shifter. I don’t think it will track the gears it will shift up every time you hit your desired RPM.

@@chevy19699 about 250whp. Bike weight was 520lbs and I weighed 275. I later got the bike down in weight and a few pounds off myself and got it down around the mid 3s if I remember correctly.

@@greenturbo1047 I’ll have to keep that in mind. Glad to be racing this season, last year with all my dogs health problems and scheduling didn’t get to make much happen. This year has been a better year staying in the mix. Hopefully get some software to do some tuning soon. Want to get both bikes set up so I can hook up my laptop and dial them in.

@@The717Outlaw yea the last year with trying to get this business going has been hectic to say the least but now that things are finally moving along its time to get the bikes done. Would like to have them at the beaver before the end of the year but if not we will definitely be there next year for sure. And yes please keep us in mind if u or anyone else needs dyno time or any fab work...trying to get our business out there and gain some new customers more oriented to performance rather than our typical ATV repairs and whatnot lol. @@postmortemspasm yeah I still run the launch master. My bike is set for 10-11psi max. But on the launch master I’ll leave at about 3-4psi.

@@The717Outlaw how do you adjust it? I thought there were only 2 knobs on the launch master

@@postmortemspasm I only play with the RPM for the launch. My launch now is 4200 rpm and the bike builds about 4psi with that RPM. If you want to adjust it more you might be looking at a standalone ECU like a MaxxECU or Fueltech.

From my understanding of a boost controller you would tee off of the line coming from the lower wastegate port. From the tee you would go to your controller then to the top port of the wastegate.
