best thing I did was quit drinking soda and energy drinks I was 420lbs highest weight (2020) down to 320lbs end of 2024 by 2026 looking to get and stay under 280lbs

I am almost 45 years old, I am fat...really fat...depressingly fat, I have been my entire life and I am just tired of it...I have no motivation, no energy, no will..but I know that if I don't do something soon, I will end up like my parents, who both died from health complications...Watching this video I could relate with David, it makes me want to change everything. I work a full time job and drive to and from work every day and I weigh a whopping 403lbs. I don't even know where to start because I know it's going to be the absolute hardest thing I will ever do in my life. Wish me luck!
