Cheesy sandwiches with spinach scramble🥪🥚🥬 Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches): 4 slices of bread. 35-40 g of spinach. 100 g of grated cheese. 10 g of finely grated Parmesan. Tomato. 2 eggs. 10 ml of cream (10% fat). For the perfect scramble we need 2 eggs, finely grated Parmesan and cream. Add salt and black pepper, mix well. Grease the pan with olive oil. Add spinach and add a little salt, fry for a few min over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and pour in eggs, mix them with a spatula. Cut tomato into slices. Place some of cheese on bread, scramble and tomato. Add remaining cheese and close sandwiches. Fry on the grill or in a frying pan. Bon appetit!

Warming kimchi noodles soup 🍜 Ingredients (for 2 servings): Harusame noodles (or glass). 150 g of finely chopped kimchi. 1 tbsp of soy sauce. 1 tbsp of sesame oil. 1 liter of any bouillon. 2 garlic cloves. 2 slices of ginger. Prepare noodles as instructed. I pour a liter of water over harusame and leave it for 10-15 min. Take the noodles out of water and let them drain. Pour 1 tbsp of sesame oil into a hot pan. Saute chopped garlic and ginger over medium heat for a mi. Pour in a liter of water, add 1 liter of bouillon and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Bring the soup to a boil over medium heat. Let it simmer for 1-2 min. Add noodles and kimchi and bring back to a boil. Leave the soup for 2 min. Bon appetit!

Simple shakshuka 🥚🍅 Ingredients: 500 g of tomatoes. 100-120 g of bell peppers. 2 tbsp of tomato paste or ketchup. 3 eggs. 50 g of red onion. 2-3 cloves of garlic. Mince garlic, cut bell pepper, onion and tomatoes. Cook everything over medium heat! Add onion, saute for a min. Add garlic, saute for 1-2 min. Add bell peppers, stir and leave for 5 min. Add tomatoes, tomato paste (or ketchup), 1 tbsp of sugar, salt, black pepper and paprika. Stir and leave for 5-7 min. Place the eggs, add salt and cover with a lid. Leave for 3-4 min. Add dried parsley (optional). Bon appetit!

3 cheese buns 🧀🥯 Ingredients: 100 g of grated cheese. 150 g of ricotta. 150 g of flour. 50 g of grated Parmesan. 2 eggs. 10 g of baking powder. 60 ml of cold water. Lightly beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and grated Parmesan, mix. Pour in 60 ml of cold water and mix again. Now add ricotta, flour and baking powder and mix again with a whisk. Add grated cheese and mix everything with a spatula. Form balls from our cheese dough. Bake in the “top-bottom” mode for 20-23 min at 190°C (375°F). Bon appetit!

Tunacado sandwiches 🥑 🥪 Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches): 4 slices of bread. 90-100 g of tuna. Avocado. Tomato. 3-4 tbsp of mayo. Fry bread in a pan or on the grill. Mix mashed avocado with 1 tbsp of olive oil, a little salt and pepper. Mix tuna with mayo, salt, black pepper and dried onion. Spread tuna mix on one slice of bread and avocado on the other one. Put sliced tomatos and close sandwiches. Bon appetit!

Chocolate banana muffins 🍫🍌🧁 Ingredients: 200 g of flour. 100 g of sugar. 100 g of grated chocolate or chocolate drops. 1 banana. 30 g of cocoa. 6 g of baking powder. 2 eggs. 100 g of butter. Mash banana to make puree. Mix mashed banana and lightly beaten eggs in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix again. Now add sugar, flour, baking powder, cocoa and mix again. Add chocolate drops (I use thermostable) or finely chopped chocolate. Put the mass into forms. Bake for 30 minutes in the "top-bottom" mode at 180°C (360F). Bon appetit!

Creamy noodles with kimchi and mushrooms 🍜🍄 Ingredients (for 2 servings): 180-200 g of noodles. 200 g of mushrooms. 150 g of kimchi. 200 ml of cream (10-15% fat) 2 eggs. 3 tbsp of soy sauce. A tbsp of dashi powder (optional). Spring onions. Chop spring onions and cut mushrooms. Cook noodles. Fry mushrooms and kimchi on olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce and dashi powder, stir and leave for 2 minutes. Add cream and noodles, mix. Leave for 2 minutes. Add spring onion and fried eggs (optional). Bon appetit!

Mushrooms and eggs toasts 🍄🥚 Ingredients (for 2 toasts): 150 g of mushrooms. Cream cheese. 10 g of grated cheese. 2 slices of bread. 20 ml of cream (10% fat). 3 eggs. Fry bread over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. For scrambled eggs, mix 3 eggs, 10 g of grated cheese and 20 ml cream. Add salt and black pepper. Melt in a pan 2 tbsp of butter. Cook scrambled eggs on the lowest heat! Pour in our egg mix and stir it with a spatula. Fry mushrooms over medium heat for 4-5 min or until moisture has evaporated. Add salt, black pepper and dried garlic, stir and fry for another 2-3 min. Spread our slices of bread with any cream cheese, add mushrooms and scrambled eggs. Sprinkle with a little fresh or dried parsley. Bon appetit!

Egg and avocado sandwiches 🥪🥑🥚 Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches): 4 slices of bread. Cream cheese (50-70 g). 1 avocado. 1 cucumber. 2 eggs. Hard boil eggs (just dip the eggs in boiling water and cook over high heat for 10 minutes). Cut and mash the avocado. Chop the cucumber. Mash the eggs with a fork. Add avocado, cream cheese, cucumber, salt and black pepper. Mix, spread on bread. Close sandwiches. Bon appetit!

Gazpacho - best summer soup!🥣🍅🌶🥒 Ingredients: 5 tomatoes (440-460 g). 150 g of olive oil. 2 cucumber (120-130 g). 1 bell pepper (240-250 g). 1/2 of medium onion. Tabasco sauce to taste (1-2 tsp). 1 tbsp of vinegar (up to 7%). 30 g milk. Remove seeds and cut up all the vegetables. Mix olive oil, Tabasco sauce and milk. Put vegetables in a dish and pour over marinade. Cover, mix and refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours. Grind our soup to a puree. Bon appetit!

Choco and banana overnight oats 🍌🍫 Ingredients (for 2 servings of 300 ml): 100 g of oats. 120 ml of milk. 3 bananas. 20 g of chia seeds. 150 g of Greek yoghurt. 15 g of cocoa. Mix Greek yoghurt and 50 g of chopped banana. Mix 200-220 g of banana puree, oats, chia seeds, cocoa and milk. Start with a layer of our chocolate banana mix. Now a layer of yoghurt with banana, then add our chocolate mix again. Spread remaining banana yoghurt on top. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight. Bon appetit!

Veggie sandwiches 🥪🥒🥬🍅 Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches): 4 slices of bread. 20 g of grated parmesan. 1 leaf of lettuce. 1 cucumber (30 g). 1 pickle (30g). 1 tomato (70-80 g). 2 tbsp of mayo. 1 tsp of mustard. 1 tsp of olive oil. Toast bread on both sides until golden brown. Cut cucumber, pickle and tomato into small cubes. For sauce, mix together mayo, olive oil and mustard Add some salt, black pepper and dried garlic. Mix vegetables, grated cheese and sauce. Put filling on bread, close sandwiches. Bon appetit!

Ice cream mousse with chocolate banana 🍫🍌🍨 Ingredients: 1 banana. 30 ml of milk. 10 g of cocoa powder. 10 g of chocolate. Cut banana into slices and freeze for 2-3 hours. Add frozen banana, cocoa powder, milk and chocolate to the bowl. Grind everything in a blender. Sprinkle with the toppings to taste. I recommend coconut flakes and chopped chocolate. Bon appetit!

Simple tomato egg fried rice 🍚🥚🍅 Ingredients: 250-270 g of cooked rice. 150 g of cherry tomatoes. Spring onion. 3 eggs. 1 tbsp of oyster sauce. 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Chop spring onion, cut cherry tomatoes in half. Crack 3 eggs in a bowl, lightly beat eggs with chopsticks. Grease a pan with cooking oil. Fry spring onions over medium heat for a min. Pour in eggs, stirring constantly. When eggs are cooked, add rice. Pour into the pan 1 tbsp of soy and oyster sauces each. Now lay out tomatoes and pour 2-3 tbsp of olive oil over them. Now fry everything for 2-3 min over medium heat, continuing to stir. Bon appetit!

Chilled tomato noodle soup 🍅🍜 Ingredients (for 2 servings): 900-950 g of tomatoes. 150 g of noodles. Bunch of spring onions. 2 tbsp of sesame oil. 2-3 garlic cloves. Cut tomatoes into small pieces to make them easier to grind with a blender. Put chopped tomatoes in a bowl, add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar, sesame oil and garlic. Puree with a blender. Then put it in the microwave for 3 min. Strain puree through a sieve. Chill tomato stock in the fridge! Prepare noodles, combine tomato stock and noodles in a bowl, add toppings to taste. Bon appetit!

Creamy crab sandwiches 🥪 Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches): 4 slices of sandwich bread. 100 g of cream cheese. 100 g of crab meat (imitation). 4 slices of cheese. 15 g of red onion. 20-25 g of cucumber. Chop crab meat, cucumber and red onion. Place crab meat, cream cheese, cucumber and onion in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well. Put a slice of cheese on the bread and spread our crab mix evenly. Put on another slice of cheese and close the sandwich. Our sandwich is ready to eat, but I prefer to grill it for a couple of min. Bon appetit!

Simple hot dogs 🌭 Ingredients (for 2 hot dogs): 2 hot dog buns. 1 pickled cucumber (25-30 g). 2 sausages. 50-60 g of Korean-style carrots (or coleslaw). 40 g of grated cheese. 1 tbsp of ketchup. 1 tbsp of mayo. For sauce, mix 1 tbsp of mayo and ketchup. Brush buns with sauce, lay out chopped pickled cucumber, put in sausage and Korean-style carrots. Now it's cheese time! Bake in top-bottom mode for 5-7 min at 220°C (425°F). Bon appetit!
