Hey! Today we will make delicious and simple sushi sandwiches.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
2 sheets of nori.
100 g of crab sticks.
1 avocado.
80-90 g of rice.
3 tbsp of mayo.
1 cucumber.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
Leave 4 slices and cut the rest into thin strips.
Mince crab sticks.
Cut the avocado in half. We will need about 60 g - this is half of a medium avocado.
Peel and slice thinly.
Put crab sticks, cucumber strips and mayo into a bowl. Add a little salt and mix.
For the sandwich, use scissors to make a cut in nori.
Turn and spread rice. Now our crab-cucumber salad .Place cucumber and avocado on remaining space.
Fold the sandwich.
Ready!
