Just over 2 1/2 years for me and I absolutely love them! Best hair decision I’ve ever made. I really didn’t experience the dandruff or itchy stage. I don’t use any products on my hair except shampoo. Just recently my loctitian says I can condition, so I’m about to try that with today’s wash. I only wish I had done the Sisterlocks when my hair was all black. Your locs are GORGEOUS! I’ll likely put together a Sisterlocks Journey video soon.

I heard intermittent fasting is great for all ages! Some people do 16-8 , 16 hour fast - 8 hour eating window , some people do 20-4, 20 hour fast , 4 hour window. Some people even do One Meal A Day so that way you can eat whatever you want , in one meal. Of course its recommended that you eat healthy even in your one meal or meals for intermittent fasting , but a snack a day won't hurt even if its not the best type of snack. As long as youre in a calorie deficit, you'll still be losing weight! There's plenty of apps that you can download that'll keep you on track and it'll tell you when you're fasting and when you can eat and when to stop eating and it'll repeat for you everyday. It also has motivational information to help you understand emotional hunger and you'll know how to not to give in. You got this!!
