I've been working out since before my install. And that was a big concern for me. But with locs that made life easier. I put in 4 plats and go. Now (I'm 10 months in too) I wear in high pony tail. And always wear a sweat band.

I am only showing my journey with sisterlocks and don’t want to give you wrong information. I will ask my consultant about brotherlocks when I get my next retightening and let you know!
