why are u connecting bottom point of switch to phase in socket, shud not the top point of switc be connected to phase and bottom of switch point be connected with core phase wire. also 1.15 sq mm pothuma for 16 amps. is it not less

@@john.rambo6882 for scooters it's more than enough brother. If it's needed for cars, we can go for 4 sqmm cable. Is there a particular reason why we have to connect phase to top pin of switch brother? I am not aware of it. Can you please explain why that so

Could you please tell me the requirement. For what purpose you are going to use the extension?. If you parallelly use multiple high power equipments like welding machine, car charger etc., 2.5 sqmm won't be enough. You can opt 4 sqmm. If it's just for house hold appliances, 2.5 sqmm would be enough. You can follow the same pattern. No issues with that

@chiragsomaraj5121 no wire cut needed it you are using seperate horn switch. You just need to connect a main wire from battery to relay. No issues with the crash guard brother, you can purchase it anywhere. The vibration issue was there with the aftermarket sump guard. If the aftermarket sump guard has rubber bushes for all the screws, you can purchase it. Else opt for a genuine one brother.

Hi Bro, For Bajaj Chetak 3KWH battery model, do we require 16amps top, 16amps board and 1.5 sqmm 3 core cable ? Or 6amps top, 6amps board and 1 sqmm cable also sufficient. Plz suggest.

How much length you are going to extend brother, if it's above 10 meters, i would suggest you to go for 1.5sqmm cable, else 1 sqmm would be sufficient. For 1 sqmm u can choose 6 amps socket and top, meanwhile for 1.5 you can choose 16 amps top and socket
