Recently I got the chance to test ride the Ola S1 Pro Gen 2.

Try to restart the scooter bro. Power button and reverse button at a time 5 seconds press pani pidinga. There might be network issue. Adhunala than status update aagala bro

தயவு செய்து யாரும் Ola வாங்காதீங்க. என்னோட புது S1 Pro Gen 2 வாங்கி 2 வாரம் கூட ஆகல, bike Start ஆக மாட்டேங்குது. 2 வாரமா follow பண்றேன். ஒரு response இல்ல. Showroom காரன் போனே எடுக்க மாட்டேங்ரான். Customer Care கால் பண்ணி அரை மணி நேரம் காத்திருந்து பேசுனா அவன் ஒரு ஒருவாட்டியும் புது Complaint register பன்றான். அவ்ளோதான். அதுக்கு அப்றோம் No response. Ola Care+ இருக்கு. அத வச்சு ஒரு Use இல்ல. இன்சூரன்ஸ் கம்பெனில இருந்து எனக்கு கால் பண்ணி estimation எவ்ளோனு கேக்குறாங்க. இந்த நாய்ங்க அவங்க call யும் எடுக்க மாட்டேங்குறானுங்க. என்ன பண்ணனே தெரியல. Bike 10 நாளா Service centre ல நிக்குது. இன்றும் Job Code கூட போடல. PLEASE DON'T BUY this PEELA!

As of now Market leaders are Ola and TVS. If you are okay with the hub motor and range of 110 km per charge, choose IQUbe bro. Else if you need longer range, choose Ola. Many customers feedback states the issue with the service of Ola. But for me service is good till date

Agreed to your point bro. They are concentrating more on sales than after sales service. Recently in a announcement they told that they would be opening 600 service centres across India. Once that's done, there can be a chance for improvement in service. Hoping for the best
