might be unpopular but this campaing was better then maradona's - he scored 6 out of 7 goals of england, which means he carried the team, and unlike maradona he didn't had to cheat using his hand. Give this argentina team to lineker he was scoring 8 goals and he was winning it without the need for a hand goal

The second goal is under-appreciated in world football. The cross, timing and finish are perfect. No room for Lineker to take an extra touch, perfectly timed run and finish without breaking stride. Lineker may have been a "goal hanger" but his position and timing were top class.

Most blatant dive for a pen (2nd one), and probably the 1st if there was a better angle. Gary has made a post playing career discussing "The hand of God" goal, but never once has has the decency, or spine to admit that he cheated just like Maradona did, and as Terry Fenwick did in '86 when he tried to break Maradona's jaw, and legs in the first half!

The second penalty was definitely not a dive - N'Kono had no intention of playing the ball there (in fact, he was nowhere near the ball). Unlike the first penalty, N'Kono looked guilty as sin and made no attempt to argue or protest - he knew he was at fault
