as someone who's deeply religious there's something so powerful about seeing a presumed atheist broken down to absolute terror believing he saw the devil itself.

They would often write other Starfleet captains in the show to either appear very weak/traumatized (Decker), incompetent (Stocker), or completely insane (Garth), so that Captain Kirk would stand out more and appear to be the better captain.

This is the first time that an American TV series used "hell" as in "opposite of Heaven" in a non-religious context. "The City on the Edge of Forever" was the first time "hell" was used as an expletive on American TV.

his comment led to sceptical of E = MC^2 how could there be absolutely pure energy .. what is energy to be 100% pure? what is energy consist of which when Mass and Constant squared will result? how does energy exist in purest form? can pure energy exist in pure form? how does energy exist in space? is it anything like god said let there be light? what will hold up the body of pure energy in space; ? what does it take to become let there be light as pure energy? how do you congeal to form of pure energy? does it dissipate? how do you prevent from dissipating? what will it take to dissipate? conclusion: there is no E = MC^2; this is hoax; i just need to prove it; i invented: hot fusion using 500 lasers in sperical format; there is no pure energy; this is not pure energy; i injected electron in spherical magnetic clamp or chamber; as if two hands coalescing spherical shape of energy discharge; this is not pure energy in space; i invented multiple planes collecting static electrons and converge to one lead plane; this is not pure energy; there is no pure energy; what is energy then;? energy is byproduct; ... if energy is byproduct then equation is wrong; you need to place cause of universe to equal the algebric equation of universe to be true; law of motion only covers motion; there is more in universe; cause and effect; via chain reaction; this is not covered under law of motion; what is it? its law of action; all actions has cause and effect; and all casue and result produced by chain reaction; what is mass in E = MC^2? is mass pure energy? no mass is not pure energy mass is energy plus object in motion in action; then, universe equal to mass space motion or action; <- the grand unifying theory all that came from becasue one actor said absolutely pure; this journey started when i first saw it in 1973; what is "absolutely pure"?

Hey! Yes it’s me! Sorry I took a while to get back to you. It’s been a weird, somewhat harrowing summer. I’m just getting my studio and office back together after almost a year. I stay in touch here and there with some folks on social media. I’m married to Lisa and we have an 11 year old boy. Sheesh! I’m a teachers aid and part-time music therapist now, and perform occasionally with a band in Pittsburgh, but we live in Eastern PA. You’d have the best luck looking for us on Facebook. It’s funny, I am in the middle of doing a massive consolidation/cleanup of many, many years of digital junk, and finding some great stuff buried there, so I’ve been thinking about those days too. Let’s stay in touch. Look for me on Facebook, I’ll be the Steve Heineman in Allentown, PA. If you don’t do Facebook, we’ll get you hooked up with some folks on KZbin or elsewhere. Good hearing from you! Steve
