Last year I lost my girlfriend. First she got covid and then she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She always used to tell me everything was going to be ok. She told me she would never leave me. And I know she never will.

Once upon a time, when I was 20 and she was 21, we met at a hostel that she and her brother owned. We quickly became a couple within a month, but we couldn’t agree on when the relationship officially began. I got very closed with her friends and family.During summer breaks, it was hard to be apart, and I sometimes became possessive and toxic for a short while. The same feelings arose during winter breaks, knowing we'd be separated again. Our love for each other was deep, and she always cooked for me when I left home. After I graduated from college, we decided to get married when I turned 25 because we couldn't bear to be apart. We had a long-distance relationship, and some of my fondest memories are of her waiting for me alone, picking me up from college in the rain with an umbrella, and the twinkle in her eye when I visited her. We FaceTimed every day, never fought, and I visited her every year and later worked out of state. Even when I called her in the middle of the night, half-asleep, she always answered. She would also send me money when I was short. Just before Covid, I stayed with her for a day after coming to the state, but then I had to move back to my town, and our relationship slowly faded due to the distance and her depression after her dad's passing, following eight years of relationship. We ended things without closure or a fight, but I believe my financial situation at the time played a role. Now, she's getting married soon. Hardest part of it all it the memories and leaving behind her families and friends along with her.

Their music makes me so Happy - my Heart and my Soul are always in High vibrations , when I listen to their great Music and when I see them. The first time , that they 'come to me' was in 2023!!! Hi D, I miss you so much. I know it was my fault everything, but like kodaline lyrics It's funny how but it still bothers me. I know it's been so long but I still and always remember u how beautiful you are.
