Hi! I am not positive of what the style name is, but if you search ‘Calvin Klein Women's Velvet Wide Leg Pants’ they’ll come up. They have a sailor waist with four buttons. They are unlined though and not amazingggg quality, so I wouldn’t pay more than $50 for them. The length is pretty dang long if you’re on the taller side. 🙂

I've always been unable to apply the Marie Kondo method to decluttering my wardrobe, but watching you talk through it in your videos makes it so much more understandable. Quick and easy, no guilt, no looking back! Rapid fire, spark joy is indeed the way to go!!

She says to start with the categories in your life that are the least emotional for you to build the confidence with that intuition to say yes or no. Clothes may be a more emotional one for you vs other stuff, so it also may help to start with other things first. I’m also just a personality that loves change so it does make it easier for me. I find if you order things that are in very good or excellent condition you will be satisfied. Oftentimes I've seen items marked as a "flawed" gem. You also can narrow your search to excellent condition and new with tags. I recently ordered a leather tote bag leather jacket Blazer and I'm totally satisfied. I also have another order on its way for a wool sweater and cargo bottoms

The couple of pairs of bright blue jeans and the bright denim shorts you have are great for springs ☀️ The shacket is a rose toned brown so it’s for summers, too muted perhaps that’s why you ditched it.

It’s really nice that you got your wedding rings in yellow gold without knowing you’re a spring. ThredUp was great years ago but they are very dishonest about the quality in recent years (aka will say excellent and it’s frayed, stains or holes) and straight up over list the MSRP to make it look like a steeper discount. So disheartening 😢… thanks for the honest review!!

I read somewhere on Reddit from a threup employee stating that they go through like 3 rounds of inspection prior to sending it out to customers 😅😅 I have a love hate relationship with thredup. There’s so much on there and it’s exciting if you find something but there were definitely times where i got them with stains and the jeans I get there never fit right😢

Interesting. A guy I used to play soccer with was part of the stock photography team back in like 2016. I do remember him saying the company and their processes were great. Maybe these just slipped through the cracks? Who knows? I think they should veer more conservative side when describing the wear. Whatcha gonna do?! Lol. Yes, a big part of it is the feel. And the ThredUp images are definitely captured with a big flash, which makes it even harder to tell. Gotta try new things sometimes... but this one was def a fail. I did get 3/5 items refunded so not all is loss. Just a little time and I guess some entertaining content ha. Happy Sunday Carmen!

I'd rather get the money back for it and find something I like more. Still teetering on getting the straps fixed on the new bag... a guy in town said he can replace them for me. @savannahsdwyer they just don't take enough pictures or provide measurements. My first purchase was a dress that was in great condition, but nowhere near the correct size. My second purchase was a style bundle box that was just full of out dated clothing.

Haha i bought earrings from that same etsy shop that were pictured as normal lobe earrings, and when they showed up they could only be used for helix piercings!! I had to go get a new piercing to use them!! 🤦🏼♀️

I’m all about Blundstone Chelsea or sorel snow boots for cold weather, and then a classic white sneaker (Vejas are so comfy), teva sandals, and a good old ballet flat or Mary Jane these days!!🖤

I almost bought Vejas this summer, but cheaped out lol good to know that they’re comfy. That makes sense bc they sell them everywhere so i figured they were beloved for a reason. I’ve been feeling a lack of both ballet flats & mary jane’s in my closet. I love to see that they’re back in style, not that they were ever out. I think i’ll get a pair later this Spring 😎🥿

I’ve noticed many of my longest lasting, most comfortable and well-wearing sandals and flats that are still in attractive styles are Clarks. You can occasionally find a cute pair from an orthotic brand; have a cool looking pair from a brand called Remonte. Teva also does some cute colorways that un-granola them.

I’m not sure if they are your style, but I love my Dr Marten sandals for an elevated slide. They are definitely quite edgy, so won’t suit all. But they have arch support and good tread, plus if you but the slide version perfect for quick on and off. I love wearing them casually! Not suited for my office dress code unfortunately 🙈
