I think someone else is gonna tell ya this, so better sooner than later, superstar saga has 3 different victiry poses. One with jump, hammer, and hand each.

as much as i liked dream team, i think the fact they used the same animations 3 times for victory and level ups is kinda a bummer. in BIS remake, dream team, and paper jam, they all do the same victory pose. same goes for the little animation at the end of the level up dance. only dream team and paper jam use the same dances for level ups.

When brothership got annouced, the only m&l game i had played was superstar saga on nso, so i dedicated myslef to play the other 4 before it released, and now I'm on the final boss fight of Paper Jam and will likely finish tonight. And of them all, this game I enjoyed the most. It's also the only one i've played twice(weird story) and i liked it a lot more on the second run for some reason

I think what makes the LU/V animations a miss for BiS (Redux) is those were ripped literally from Dream Team/Paper Jam regarding the static animations/poses which honestly does feel like an insult from where they came from (they could've done something better for the remake, which honestly have to say the game did not need one glad we got it but still un-needed. while Paper jam just does the exact same but makes it more lively to me anyways, cause that was the direct continuation before the Remake of BiS. can't wait till Brothership comes out with some awesome looking animations. to then be compiled to a list like this.

I have news for you, the dancing in Brothership is the Dream Team/Paper Jam Dance again. I like it, but dont know how you'll feel since you didnt like reusing it.

Addendum from the future! They just put out some preview footage a few hours ago, looks like the brothership dances copy the dream team dances.

I was literally the same way, I played almost every single Mario and Luigi title except instead of PiT, it was BIS for me. Totally can’t wait to watch the rest of the series!

The Thwomp Volcano music would've fit perfectly for the Mt. Pajamaja ascend with the Massif Bros. in Dream Team. It sounds kida, well, russian

there is a small chance everytime you use pocket chomp, that the chain chomp will have a bow. Hope that explains it :)

The bowsers inside story luigi dance to me is very satifying especially when it goes from the dance into kicking the shell item. It's definitely my favorite luigi dance
