I know I'm a bit late to the party but wow. Most of the animatics especially to "suffering" are great, but I love this. The trasformation to Penelope shown, the snatching of the sirenes shown, the beeswax shown. Yes it spoilers the end a bit but let's be for real, we all know how it ends so I love it. Some others do it as well but I LOVE the depiction of simplified drawings in the "oh noo" part and how the sirene just doesn't care. And also the big hand gestures and movements from Odysseus as he explaines his problems. All that to say I love this video

At 1:11 you hit us with the one two with polities and eurylochus

And we all just have to remember that the crew had to watch him do this😂

I love the attention to detail in this animatic. The lyrics 'keep your head down he's aiming for the torches' can be interpreted two way. One he's aiming for the torches on the walls so keep your head down to avoid stray arrows. Two he's aiming for the men carrying the torches so keep your head down to avoid getting hit. And I love how you portrayed both of these scenarios in your animatic.

I love how Joege is voicing the man you can hear odysseys old voice. You know how it high energy and full of hope then the real Odyssey appaers and kills them is so amazing. But when i watch it i don't see Odysseys i see four different mean i love how he able to make distinguished voices how to close my eyes and still understand that there are four men in the room and who is the king Odysseys.

Yk… I think I found a parallel. When Odysseus and the crew were up against the cyclops, Polyphemus screamed 2 times in pain as they attacked him, just before he snuck Polites. Now here in 2:43, Poseidon screams in pain, twice. So I think that’s supposed to be a mini nod to Polyphemus

I always imagined his friend souls came and gave him strength my striking Posidon and this was the closest thing to what I imagined
