Looks great. Thanks for your instructional video. Those are digital calipers by the way. Vernier calipers use linear lines for measurement and no digital readout.

I have to know is that a Norvise? Im using a Renzetti and I like it but for trebles and jigs its not ideal for me. Great stuff!

What kind of tool are you using? I use a fly vise. But dnt fly fish. I just use it for lures. It doesn't spin like yours tho.

I really like your green back drop. Makes the hook so much easier to see.

Uh, gee. Only a thousand flies, you say. Geesh. I'll be lucky to tie a couple of hundred in my life time.

Hi I just visited your website, but did not find a product. Do you have a link for the UV resin you were using in this same video or if not, how about the name? (I'm looking for the same long stem bottle tube)
@villagetackle6 жыл бұрын
Hello Friend! My apologies on the link to the light. I updated the links on the website. Amazon does not have this light at an affordable price but eBay does. (not sure why) I did include the link to the exact same one in this video to eBay. I also included the link to a comparable one on Amazon. I will be reviewing this light on Amazon in upcoming video. Link to where you can find the lights. kit.com/villagetackle/fly-tying-tools-kit Thanks for watching!

Hows the ice holding up?

It’s holding up pretty well. The bit is good of you are going for small fish. Nothing to big at the moment. Best Fishes!

Crooked Lake looks like a beautiful place! Do people people set up little huts to fish in, or just open air fishing?
@SteveCarmichael6 жыл бұрын
That's a neat little bait container that must be a necessity up there. I'd love to try ice fishing someday. We don't get to do that here in the South. Looks like you're growing your Winter beard. Stay warm!
@villagetackle6 жыл бұрын
Hey there Steve!!! Thank you so much for commenting on this video!!! Fully re-igniting my KZbin channels! The winter beard is in full force this time of year. And the little bait container sure will keep those little critters warm. Greatly appreciate the warm thoughts as it starts to get pretty cold here in the north. Love to live in your warm area some day!!! Thank you again my friend!!!
