I had this CD a lifetime ago. Any chance it still exists?

It’s up here on my KZbin channel. On that video, it starts with our live performance at The Roxy and then goes to the cd.

Thanks a lot Daren. The Mixland 3348 and the Drum Bus plugins helped quite a bit. I also added a Neve plugin to bring out the mids and a better limiter plugin. I will send you a copy soon.

the three (!!!) china hits, are they? nicely done!
@theomordeyАй бұрын
Lol. Thanks. I didn’t want to over use the china so I told myself that I can only hit it three times in this song.

In this recording it was Daren Burns but Tracy held it down too.

yeah, I saw the lineup for the remake. just commenting about the man to whom it's dedicated and the inspiration for the thing, which is kept alive by all involved

Excellent Job! Not many drummers can execute this note for note the way you do here! That's impressive. I play quite a bit of FZ and some songs are close but not to this extent!
@steves21762 ай бұрын
Well played overall but a bit Robotic looking. When I see some of my fellow drummers who are more readers than actual drummers it reminds me of watching someone type! No offense! It's great to be able to simultaneously read and play like that, especially in the studio!
@tomminor53173 ай бұрын
Great job, man! You're right. You cleaned it up quite a bit! Did you double the high note on "me?" It sounds like it.
@theomordey3 ай бұрын
Lol. No. I did research on which cymbals Roger Taylor used on that album and over dubbed some crash cymbals that I didn’t have enough control over in the original tracks though. I also added some samples of my Ludwig drum kit to fatten up the drums. I did a bunch of fun tricks on this mix. Thanks Tom! I am glad you like my mix bro!

Ah. Nice. Thanks a lot my friend. Glad you enjoyed the song. You like the sfx at 3:21. I forgot which sfx I used but one of them was a 747 jet landing and I think one of them was a UFO sound effect.
