Go, one, two Northwest is where I'm headed Underneath the golden sky I'm searching for a wisdom That every man seeks to find I've got wicked thoughts a-brewing Many even deeds I've done I'm looking for a reason For a reason not to run 'Cause I've always been dark With light somewhere in the distance I've always been dark With light somewhere in the distance I've got no destination No place to call my own I'll explore the constellations 'Til I find the course I mean to hone But come fever or come famine Come the biting winter cold Just put two coins upon my eyelids So I can pay the boatman's toll I've always been dark With light somewhere in the distance I've always been dark With light somewhere in the distance I've been so unforgiving Stranded in old traditions I've always been dark With light somewhere in the distance I've always been dark With light somewhere in the distance I've always been dark With light somewhere in the distance I've been so unforgiving Stranded in old traditions I've always been dark With light somewhere in the distance Source: Musixmatch

I grew up in the 90s and I remember hearing Nirvana bleach for the first time in 1989 and I remember thinking this is it !! Music in the late 80s was pretty stale !! I remember hearing Nirvana bleach for the first time thinking this is it this is the next big sound !! This will change music forever !! It took a little longer but it did !! Nirvana completely changed music !! I kind of felt the same way in the late 90s early 2000s music was getting stale and I remember seeing this video and I remember thinking this is it this is the next big sound !! I predicted there what get as big as Nirvana !! I guess I was wrong ? They definitely have a decent following but I thought they would change music forever but I didn't predict the country pop sound taking over for some unfortunate reason ??
