@MrRChitty3 күн бұрын
@@MoroMessico-oo3vr This would be a prolonged process.... at the base of the carburetor bowl is a tube. You can drain all of the fuel by opening up the screw. Have something to catch the fuel. Another tip, if water doesn't come out first, then you don't have any.

I bought one. I have been disappointed in it. For one, I had the Predator 8750 generator first and it had no problem powering my entire home. It finally gave out after several great years. I went to buy a new one and this 8750 inverter was all they had. The salesman told me it was a good generator so I purchased it. It did not perform as well as the normal generator did. I had to turn off my electric hot water heater for it to run the rest of the house. Also I only used the inverter generator once, went to use it again a few months later and it wouldn't start. It did get a LOT BETTER fuel mileage and is much quieter than the normal generator but if I had my choice I rather spend more money in gas with less inverter problems. Currently it only starts for a few seconds, a red light comes on and it dies. I will be looking at it today hoping to figure out why it shuts off and shows a code on the display.
@MrRChitty25 күн бұрын
@@murraychadwick9362 the inverter would be less forgiving if you're running your hot water heater. The question is... is your hot water heater 1 or 2 elements? 2500 or 5000 watts? If you were successful in pulling that with your open synchronous generator, it may have been running slower (it's the way it is when it gets maxed out) you may have been running closer to 50 Hz. You'd hope your refrigerators or freezers can handle that. The open synchronous generators have "dirty" waveforms. Hence why fluorescents would flicker. Rather than a smooth sine wave, it's ragged and v-shaped. As far as why yours is not running, I don't know and hope you figure it out. Let me know what the code is.

@MrRChitty26 күн бұрын
@@jasonbrinker788 the part of the box that's insulated is where the condenser is. It happens to be where the fan takes the heat from the evaporator and blows right at it. All I was trying to do was limit the exposure. I appreciate your question and watching the video. I cannot tell you that there was a change in comfort inside the camper. If the insulator is breaking away its getting too hot. Run a colder plug, aka heat range. The insulating porcelain and center electrode on 'colder' spark plugs do not stick out as farinto the combustion chamber. Insulator chipped or completely gone means that porcelain has been banging/grinding all over that cylinder until it gets blown out the exhaust valve. NEVER GOOD

Automated car wash brushes travel in one direction. The buffer does as well but is moved around. It's high speed rotation introduces micro scratches at a very high rate giving you the swirl marks. The car was brush marks won't appear as swirls, just as lines that travel with the body.
@adamb49812 ай бұрын

I didn't take it. The dealer did. Honestly, I cringe when I hear a buffer being applied to clear coat. Tell me you can buff a piece of plexiglass back to pure clarity after somebody took a paper towel to one. It's the was coating that hides the swirls temporarily. And then your back reapplying. Never seen one come out of a detailer that's been washed a few times afterwards that didn't present with buff marks.

What is the purpose of these not so quick connectors ? These are where you have breaks. Why not put hose to metal pipe with your hose clamps? Am i missing something on why you use these?
@MrRChitty2 ай бұрын
It's all about production. They are "quick connects". Not quick "disconnects". In a factory with one vehicle passing every minute, the hoses are laid out and just plugged in. I know GM uses them as well as Ford. I never heard of a random failure, not to say it never happened. I personally have been through numerous vehicles in a very high mileage state and never suffered a break.
