Stop the 4 corners PLEASE! Let the entire band march down Donahue and let the drumline play a new badass cadence like they used to before 2006!!! The “Big O” cadence, which was the ending beat of a cadence from 1988-89 is “OLD!”

Please go back to marching the entire band to the South entrance of the stadium instead of breaking the band up into small sections!!! The full band with an entire percussion section playing an amazing new cadence is WAY BETTER!!! Like they did before 2006 or so.

Although, I have to confess that it was very disheartening for New Mexico State to beat you guys by three touchdowns, on your own home turf , last week (followed by the much-narrower defeat by Alabama, just now 😞), I still don't think the Crimson Tide deserved to win. Especially since the last two or three years have seen half their victories achieved by shut-outs that are purely the result of mismatches the NCAA ought to feel ashamed for allowing in the first place! That being said, all I can add is...better luck next year. And WAR EAGLE!

War Eagle! I haven't seen Kyla Hampson or Bella Nonales do the mace routine in the pregame show all season! I would really love it if they can let Kyla or Bella do the mace routine at the next 2 home games (New Mexico State and Alabama) because only Parker and Ross have done it! They need to let the girls do the mace routine next time because the boys need a rest and it's time to let the girls do it! I hope to see Kyla or Bella do the next mace routine in the pregame show at Jordan-Hare next time around! I hope that Dr. Spurlin lets Kyla or Bella do the next mace routine in the pregame show at Jordan-Hare next because Ross and Parker have got to be tired from doing the mace routine! It's time to give Kyla and Bella a turn of doing the mace routine! Give the ladies a chance of doing it before their time Auburn is over! I'm sure that it's a dream of Kyla's and Bella's to do the mace routine in the pregame show at Jordan-Hare! Time to focus on beating Vanderbilt next week! I SAID IT'S GREAT TO BE AN AUBURN TIGER! I BELIEVE IN AUBURN AND LOVE IT!

I wish people would quit moving around and just sit down .For 36 years i attended Auburn games I always brought a pee cup with me . Also i drink water before i go to bed .

Nope. Majorettes would be a dead giveaway. (at least for now until D.C.I. changes that rule too!) Not to mention all the woodwinds and sousaphones. Many of us marched drum corps back in the day. (1978-83) Several made the trip to Atlanta to march with Spirit. One snare marched Phantom in 1977. Two marched snare with Blue stars and five went to the west coast to march with the Blue Devils in 1982. Not sure if there is a D.C.I. influence in the band now. Fun times in the Auburn Band and in drum corps.

AUMB alum from 1999-2001 here and principal tuba in symphonic band under Dr. Vinson from Winter 2000 to Spring 2003. Great show yesterday and oh my what a great band! Hit folks in the chest with the stands tunes in every part of the stadium. I've never heard a band (from any SEC or Big 10 school) play any louder with top flight blend, balance, and intonation. Drill was outstanding and the band put on a clinic with their feet. I'd love to see you guys get one more run on this thing. It's one hell of a show. Trumpet pyrotechnics in Carmen are tough enough to play sitting down. It's super duper hard to keep band from tearing when you're that spread out in the singers vest set and the easiest multiple tonguing speeds aren't necessarily the speed the band or drum majors want to go, but you guys made it work well! Just hope you guys get another run with two weeks to make the fine adjustments you would like to have for the one you want to put on tape for posteriority. We had some great bands in the time I was there, and Auburn has had a great run of them between Dr. Good and Dr. Spurlin. This might well be the most talented one yet. Fantastic first game performance throughout the whole day, and it made me proud to be an alumnus of the program. WDE!

1978 Rat year here! Drum line- we had it way worse with hazing in the drum line back in the day. The things we had to endure to be a part of the Auburn Band.

The AUMB drum corps needs to get back to its roots and March awesome cadences every season again. The Big “O” is fine for when they’re in the stadium but not when they are marching down the street or pregame. March the best cadences you can write!

Auburn has one of the best percussion sections in the country, maybe the best amongst colleges, but they sell themselves short by playing the same marching cadence, The Big O, or Ogadawa all the time. They used to march a new amazing cadence every year until about 2006. March some nasty cadence! All of us drum corps fans want to hear something new every year!
