Love the anma tool. I always seem to get acne on my neck when I use it though. Not sure if it's a lymphatic drainage issue or things trapped in my skin reacting to the tool going over them. Or maybe I should use a different oil as lubrication.

I sincerely thank you both for the inspiration, education and passion that you bring. We as women don't have to harm our bodies and can reimagine the concept of aging. At 52 that is a liberating message that I hope all women can hear. Blessings to you both. Happy Holiday Season.

Thank you very helpful focus again re diaphragmatic breathing, for healthy liver generally, & esp the connection to trauma / trauma release, & fatty liver as well .. "turning on the body's furnace" .. appreciate this info also as it's more motivation to keep trying with the diaphragm breathing which I find really hard, & currently has to be consciously done or I seem to end up holding / shallow breathing. Interesting about the out breath - I used to always feel more comfy breathing out, and would talk fast & without breathing in much, guess had quite good lung capacity from years of cycling, tho was on roads mostly & I would try to not breathe in too many car fumes as disliked the smell, and the thought of it.. & had a racer, & whiplash, so probably bad position. How different so many of us could be if this info had been available to our parents/ taught to us young.. feels quite daunting at age 55 how much there is to unravel, & to comprehend & learn.. wow how did you figure this out for yourself?!! & Thank you so much for being a way-show-er &:teacher. Oh dear that my precious cells are struggling, I feel it, lack of energy, & appreciate your interpretation of anxiety etc as messages from cells needing more nutrients/oxygen 🙏 ✨

I have been experiencing waves of heat in my lower right abdomen every few minutes daily for the last several weeks. Could this be toxins releasing from blocking and if so should I block specifically on that area to facilitate the process?

I love hearing about the many healing techniques available for personal use. My whole philosophy has always been mind/body/spirit connection. I have been learning since I was 22. That was a time when I was considered “whoo whoo”. No one listened to what I believed. Thank goodness the pioneers in this field never gave up and we have arrived in a place that has a growing openness to learning about ourselves. I never could understand why we are afraid of the depth of knowing ourselves and our completeness. I am retired now, but deep love and respect are sent to all of you who carry personal healing forward. Thank you.

Yay! I am a Biofield Tuner and I see the synergy with Block Therapy. You talk a lot about the role of fascia in oxygenation but it also conducts electricity throughout the body. Electric health is largely unrecognized in the medical field but electricity is literally life force.

Hi Jana, Love that you made this connection. I'm very interested in the electrical body work you do how can I find out more?
@janarenaeberghoefer43442 күн бұрын
@ I recommend the books The Electric Body (Becker) and Electric body, Electric Health (McKusick). Also a number of health coaches are promoting “Quantum Health” (focusing mostly on light) and that is also worth exploring. Thomas Cowan was also practicing MD and author who also has an understanding of electricity in the human body. Really anything you can find on Biophysics.

HELP, I INJURED MY LEFT SIDE DUE TO A SLIP ON MOSS AND MY LEFT LEG WENT SKY HIGH INTO THE AIR BUT I CAUGHT MYSELF BEFORE FALLING BUT IT FELT LIKE I GOT A FULL BODY WHIPLASH. FROM THEN ON MY HIP STARTED HURTING, THAT WAS 9 MONTHS AGO, I TRY AND DO EXERCISES EVERY DAY, they are exercises that are time consuming due to holding the same position during the exercises. I had a exray done and my stupid doctor said it was due to arthritis and actually asked me what I’m going to do about it. NOW MY HIP HURTS, MY KNEE HURTS AND MY ANKLE HURTS, AND I FEEL LIKE SOME MUSCLE IN ME LEFT SIDE BACK IS SO TIGHT THAT IT IS PULLING MY HIP OUT OF ALIGNMENT CAUSING ALL MY PROBLEMS. OH YEAH I THINK I HAVE ELOS-DANLOS SYNDROME THE HYPER-MOBILE KIND, MY RIGHT KNEE HAS POPPED OUT OF MY JOINT A FEW TIMES AFTER THIS INJURY AND IT IS EXCRUCIATING WHEN IT SLIDES BACK IN. AND MY HUSBAND THINKS I SHOULD GET A HIP REPLACEMENT, WHAT ABOUT EVERY OTHER JOINT I’M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH. CAN YOU HELP. I AM 69 YEARS YOUNG AND BEFORE THIS INJURY I WAS VERY ATHLETIC AND ENJOYING LIFE, NOW NOT SO MUCH. MY SON ALSO FEELS HE HAS A HUGE FASIA PROBLEM HE IS A WEIGHT LIFTER.

This was an amazing interview. I am so relieved to know that I'm not the only one who still suffers aches and pains after being whole foods plant based for several years. In 2019 I started wearing barefoot shoes and it helped with a lot of foot and lower back pain, but my knees, hand joints and various upper body sites still hurt. At the end of 2019, I swit he'd from vegetarian for most of my life to whole food plant based and a lot of the joint pain went away, but I still get pain in my knees, my shoulder, my elbow and between my shoulder blades as well as neck and headache. I got both blocks and the starter program for Christmas and after 12 days have already had some improvement. Thank you for this.

I know of (3) people personally, that contracted alopecia, 2 of them young toddlers (girls) after routine immunizations, and the other one an adult grown man after a Covid vaccine. His hair came out in mostly patches, but any hair that he had left hurt white overnight. I obviously don’t know if an immunization is connected to this man’s health challenges, but it would be very interesting to know.

I'm loving this conversation! Thank you! I'm wondering if you address low muscle tone anywhere? I notice that in my body and my son's body we tend to use our limbs as buttresses, wrapping leg around leg to help stabilise when sitting and standing. I've also seen this a lot in people who are on the Austrian autism spectrum, I suppose it's a kind of hyper flexibility.

l celebrate 80 great trips around the sun in three days. For years I've been suffering with increasing muscle pain and stiffness, particularly in my lower body. No one has had a cure... MD, physio, homeopath (has given the most relief). I and my church have prayed for healing, to no avail, then mid October I wasled to pray for REVELATION as to the source of my pain... two days later a post from Substack author Jane333 popped up on my feed. (See also KZbin Living Springs Retreat on salt, and a book titled The Salt Fix by Dr. James DiNicolatonio.) She was advocating for the need of more healthy salt (Celtic Sea salt) in our diet. I've never been shy of the salt shaker, normally pink Himalayan, but apparently I wasn't getting enough! I checked off a lot of the boxes in her article so decided to give a higher salt protocol a try. Within 24 hours I began to hydrate more fully. A years old large dry patch on my cheek immediately began receding and is now the size of a dime. I was dizzy every morning when I first sat up... gone. I had cataract surgery on both eyes summer of '23 and suffered Dry Eye Syndrome ever since. Heat therapy and eye drops did little to provide relief; I no longer use the optometrist's therapy, no longer have burning eyes, and the watering continues to decrease. Best news of all is that my lower body pain is reduced 80%. Water follows salt into the cells to reydrate my aging dessicating body. I require no meds and am as active as my pain would allow. Huge organic garden, two greenhouses, heat workshop with wood etc.. Although I've expereinced life-changing healing, I still have some residual stiffness and weakness, particularly in my knees and ankles. Again back to prayer for REVELATION (different than "please heal me God" prayers). And up pops KZbinr videos on fascia release... and ultimately to your channel. I've been doing a few exercises from other channels and noticing immediate results, but I like what you're teaching as it resonates with me and my understanding of our physiology. I learned diaphragm beathing forty years when attempting to learn to play a trumpet... got booed out of the house... but have been a diaphragm breather ever since. So I'm folowing a pattern here... relieve the pain... free the muscles... rebuild my strength with a personal trainer friend... My goal is to fulfil a propehecy from a very sickly co-worker about forty years ago as he watched what I ate every day... he said "Wunsch, you're going to be the healthiest man in the cemetery"! Please God, let it be so. I've got great genes - dad died at 97, mom at 87 - and my job is to make sure a bus doesn't run over them while I'm wearing them. :-)

I just ordered the block package I can't wait to get started with new positions. My question is if there is no pain in the area I am working is there still progress being made or should I move to another area?
