Have you seen Dr Tom Cowan's book /talks about "Human Heart, Cosmic Heart" ? ~ that our heart is not a pump as most people think, it's far more sophisticated ❤

I don't know if Deanna has read this book or not. I will suggest it to her if she hasn't.

Thanks so much for this information!! How about mottled legs? I have white splotches on tan legs. My legs are strong but they don’t look it in the Aussie sun because of this. Could block therapy help me combat this?
@Fluidisometrics18 күн бұрын
Hi Emily! There are many causes for mottled legs. Getting to the root cause is the important part. Block Therapy is all about getting to the root cause to fix issues as otherwise you are just treating the symptoms, and the issue will not go away. I believe Block Therapy can help by finding and removing those adhesions that are blocking blood flow. With the block we create space in our tissue, incorporating the diaphragmatic breath we can bring up to 600% more oxygen into our bodies, and with proper posture training we can maintain that space we created. These are the 3 pillars of Block Therapy.

Thank you very helpful focus again re diaphragmatic breathing, for healthy liver generally, & esp the connection to trauma / trauma release, & fatty liver as well .. "turning on the body's furnace" .. appreciate this info also as it's more motivation to keep trying with the diaphragm breathing which I find really hard, & currently has to be consciously done or I seem to end up holding / shallow breathing. Interesting about the out breath - I used to always feel more comfy breathing out, and would talk fast & without breathing in much, guess had quite good lung capacity from years of cycling, tho was on roads mostly & I would try to not breathe in too many car fumes as disliked the smell, and the thought of it.. & had a racer, & whiplash, so probably bad position. How different so many of us could be if this info had been available to our parents/ taught to us young.. feels quite daunting at age 55 how much there is to unravel, & to comprehend & learn.. wow how did you figure this out for yourself?!! & Thank you so much for being a way-show-er &:teacher. Oh dear that my precious cells are struggling, I feel it, lack of energy, & appreciate your interpretation of anxiety etc as messages from cells needing more nutrients/oxygen 🙏 ✨

Hi there! Thank you for listening. The fact that you are now a conscious breather goes a long way. Diaphragmatic breathing will soon become your habit as long as you stay conscious of it.

Any tips about eczema on the inner elbows? Thanks in advance
@Fluidisometrics16 күн бұрын
Hi there! This tends to be stuff your body is trying to expel from the body. Blocking in general is a great way to detox. There is no specific area to block for this, just all over blocking works. Adding in saunas, red light therapy, and sometimes even a diet change are all things that can help.

... And, assuming you've been consistent with aCc60 Evo,, do you feel a major difference?

I have been experiencing waves of heat in my lower right abdomen every few minutes daily for the last several weeks. Could this be toxins releasing from blocking and if so should I block specifically on that area to facilitate the process?
@Fluidisometrics18 күн бұрын
Hi there! It could be that, or even improved flow to the area. Continue the blocking that you are doing.

What happens to fascia when a person is paralyzed?
@Fluidisometrics16 күн бұрын
Hi there! Fascia will continue to do its job of repairing where needed. If you don't move the fascia will wind tighter and tighter. It can also dehydrate if you are not drinking enough fluids. This makes it harder for the muscles to glide, restricting movement further. I realize "moving" sounds odd when speaking of paralysis, but for those with use of their arms they can use them to move the legs. For others with no use of arms or legs, professionals or loved ones would have to move the extremities.
